Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry has said that there is no question of resigning at the behest of anyone else and he will remain a minister as long as he has the confidence of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
In an interview yesterday, Fawad Chaudhry revealed the tussle between PTI leaders Jahangir Tareen and Asad Umar and said that first Jahangir Tareen fired Asad Umar and then Asad Umar dismissed Jahangir Tareen.
In an interview to the US state news agency, the federal minister had also revealed that he had warned Prime Minister Imran Khan that we have five and a half months in which we have to strengthen ourselves or else time will run out.
After his interview, Punjab Information Minister Fayyaz Chauhan had also said that the attitude of the Federal Minister was irresponsible. If Imran Khan fails to form a team, then Tawwad Chaudhry should resign.
Reacting to Fayyaz Chauhan’s statement, Fawad Chaudhry today said that there is no question of resigning at the behest of anyone else, he will remain a minister as long as he has the confidence of the Prime Minister.
Fawad Chaudhry says that politics is not a game of weak-hearted people.
