Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) revenue has increased by 43%.
Led by PIA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Air Marshal Arshad Malik, the results for the first full year have been compiled on the stock exchange.
According to these results, PIA’s revenue has increased by 43% in 2019 and the revenue of national airlines has increased from Rs 104 billion to Rs 148 billion.
According to the report, for the first time in 8 years, PIA has made an overall profit.
Earlier in 2018, PIA had a total loss of Rs 18 billion, which has turned into a profit of Rs 8 billion in 2019.
In addition, the operational loss of PIA has been reduced by 76%.
