Pakistani Soldier awarded at UNHQ for peacekeeping

Pakistani soldier has won the award by UN during his peace keeping mission for UN in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Sepoy Amir Aslam who hails from Azad Jammu and Kashmir and has won Hammarskjöld Medal which he was conferred upon especially for his dedicated peacekeeping services in Congo.

During a virtual awards ceremony held at UNHQ, Sepoy Amir Aslam from Pakistan’s Azad Jammu and Kashmir had the Hammarskjöld Medal conferred upon him for his peacekeeping services in the Democratic Republic of Congo.

The award ceremony was held at UNHQ where he was conferred upon the award.

It is indeed a moment of pride for Pakistan, not only this we know the nation that has contributed the most in UN peacekeeping mission is Pakistan.
