According to sources, Federal Law Minister Farogh Naseem has resigned from the ministry and will now represent the federation in the Supreme Court.
Sources said that Farogh Naseem will represent the federation in the case of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa in the Supreme Court.
It may be recalled that Farogh Naseem had earlier resigned from his post on November 26 so that he could pursue General Qamar Javed Bajwa in the Supreme Court in a case related to extension of tenure of the Army Chief.
After his resignation, Barrister Farogh Naseem appeared before the Supreme Court on behalf of General Qamar Javed Bajwa in a case related to extension of tenure of Army Chief and followed the case.
Later, the government re-appointed Senator Forough Naseem as Federal Minister. Now he has again resign to follow the case of justice Faiz Issa.
