Bismillah’s right thumb was fractured in the match against England .
The match between Pakistan and England was played in Canberra on Friday. England won by 42 runs in the match.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has suggested the name of Naheeda Khan as a replacement for Bisma Mumtaz.
Naaheed Khan’s name will be approved by the event technical committee. In the absence of Bisma Marouf, Naheed Khan will lead the national women’s cricket team at the event.
Bisma will leave for Sydney on Saturday with the Pakistan Women’s Squad, where Cricket Australia’s orthopedic surgeon will perform her surgery.
