Despite Corona Virus wild animals are still being sold in Indonesia

Despite more than a thousand deaths from the deadly Corona virus, bats, snakes, mice, and other wild animals are still being sold in the open market in Indonesia and people are buying them and making them part of the food.

The Indonesian government appealed to the public not to use these wild animals as food because the virus is believed to be transmitted to humans by the corona virus.

According to the French news agency, traders in the Indonesian market on the island of Sulawesi, where the meat of these animals is sold, say our business is expanding and curious tourists are coming here in large numbers which is annoying for those who work for the rights of animal.
