In Australia torrential rains have eliminated the fire that errupted in the forests due to extreme hot weather for months.
Authorities say several months of fiery hot weather in the Australian forests are expected to be fully extinguished soon as heavy rains have been seen in most places ,due to continuous rains the hot weather is in control.
Several days of torrential rains also caused flooding in New South Wales and Queensland.
The rains experienced the wettest weather in Sydney for 20 years.
According to the Meteorological Department, Sydney received 391.6 mm (15.42 inches) of rainfall during the last four days, and the highest rainfall was recorded in February 1990, 414.2 mm. This 30-year record of rainfall in Sydney is broken.
