The dead bodies of two Pakistani nationals killed in an airstrike in Afghanistan have been handed over to authorities in Chaghi District, Balochistan.
The two men were killed in Charban area of Afghanistan adjacent to Chaghi district.
A district administration official in Chaghey confirmed the casualties and said the two men were the victims of an airstrike in the area of Charban near Rabat. Charban district is the border area of Afghanistan adjoining Chagai.
The area is located in Afghanistan’s Helmand district, which is just a few kilometers from the Pakistani border.
According to the available details, at the time of the attack, one of the casualties was sitting inside the vehicle while the other was outside the vehicle, the administration official said.
