LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab Sardar Usman Bazdar has given a message on the eighth death anniversary of Microsoft Certified daughter Arfa Karim randhawa, that Pakistan’s talented and intelligent daughter is still alive today.

Chief Minister Punjab Usman Bazdar conveyed that Arfa Karim has achieved extraordinary achievements in the field of information technology, which is why the Punjab Government has taken positive steps to promote information technology.
He said that Arfa Karim enlightened the world of Pakistan through his God-given abilities. Pakistan’s talented and intelligent daughter, Arfa, is still alive in our hearts today.
Born in 1995 in the village in Faisalabad, Arfa Karim was the first child who made her name known not only in the IT world but also the country worldwide.
Arfa Karim made his way to the world of Information Technology by passing the Microsoft Certified Professional Exam at the age of just 9 years.
Arfa was awarded the Microsoft Certified Application Certificate by Microsoft Corporation in 2005, after which Microsoft’s owner Bill Gates called Arfa karim exclusively to the United States.
Arfa Karim received many awards including Fatima Jinnah Gold Medal, Salam Pakistan Youth Award, Pride of Performance Award at an early age.
The world’s youngest IT Microsoft Certified passed away on January 14, 2012 in Lahore at the age of 16.
The IT Tower was named after Her by the Punjab Government for her commendable and great achievement.
