ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan has taken notice of the blast in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan, and called for a report of the incident.
The Prime Minister directed the provincial government and law enforcement agencies to take action against the blast planners.
Prime Minister Imran Khan expressed deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the blast. He also directed his team to provide best medical care to the injured.
Meanwhile, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa has directed the Pakistan Army to provide all possible assistance to the police and civil administration.
In a tweet, the Director General of the Army’s Public Relations quoted the army chief as saying that there could not be Muslims targeting innocent civilians in the mosque.
