Information Minister Punjab Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan has said that Shahbaz Sharif, despite being in London, is not taking action against journalists reporting corruption against him. If he does not have a lawyer’s fee, he is ready to sell his assets and pay the money.
Talking to media in Lahore, Punjab Minister Fayyaz ul Hassan Chauhan said that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had arrested Shahbaz Sharif’s frontman Nisar Ahmad Gul and other suspects through whom the Shahbaz Sharif family allegedly committed corruption of billions of rupees.
Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan said that now Pakistan Muslim League-N President Shahbaz Sharif does not intend to come back, he knows that he is trapped, British journalist David Rose, tweeting daily about that Shahbaz Sharif where are you ?
Regarding Nawaz Sharif’s illness, Fayyaz-ul-Hassan Chauhan said that Nawaz Sharif was ill, the Prime Minister allowed him to go out on the basis of humanitarian sympathy.
Remember that last year the British newspaper Daily Mail published a report claiming that the family of former Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif had stolen British aid to the earthquake victims.
The Daily Mail claimed in its report that Shahbaz Sharif had withdrawn money from the British Agency for the relief of the earthquake victims as Chief Minister.
The report said that out of the aid given to Pakistan, during the period, the British aid agency gave about 50 million pounds to Punjab.
Later, PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif also announced a lawsuit against British newspaper, Prime Minister Imran Khan and his Assistant Special Accountant Shahzad Akbar.
