The shuttle train service between Lahore and Wagah stations will resume on December 14 after 33 years.
Railway Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed to inaugurate the train at Lahore station, according to the spokesman.
The shuttle train will be comprised of two coaches of the Economy class, with a seating capacity of 176 passengers, the Railways spokesman said.
He further informed that the first shuttle train will leave Lahore at 6 am, while the second shuttle train will depart at Wagah station at 4 pm.
The train was stopped in 1986 due to a shortage of passengers, according to a spokesman.
