Islamabad Anti-Terrorism Court adjourns the hearing till December 12, following a decision on the request of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s exemption in the PTV Parliament attack case.
Anti-terrorism court judge Raja Jawad Abbas Hassan hears PTV and Parliament attack case
During the hearing of the case, Judge Raja Jawad Abbas remarked that there were several other accused who filed petitions before Imran Khan, so it is not possible to announce the verdict on Imran Khan’s plea.
The court summoned the final arguments at the next hearing in the case and remarked that it would take a unanimous decision on all petitioners.
It is to be noted that several accused including Ijaz Chaudhry, Asad Omar, Jahangir Tareen have applied.
It is pertinent to mention that several accused including Ijaz Chaudhry, Asad Omar, Jahangir Tareen have withdrawn Bail’s pleas, while warrant arrests have also been issued on the absence of several suspects.
