Acting Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs Alice Wells has lauded Pakistan’s economic efforts under the current government.
In a statement issued on Twitter, Alice Wells stated that the US government is pleased to see Pakistan’s credit outlook being revised to stable. She further added that Pakistan will be able to boost its growth, attract private capital and expand with bold economic reforms.

Pakistan’s economy is finally getting back on track. Couple of days ago Moody’s rating agency had changed Pakistan’s outlook to stable from negative.
The report acknowledged the economic reforms the current government has made.
