Islamabad: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that first our Prime Minister will come in leadership and then the constitution will be amended.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said in a conversation with the media after the leadership of Asif Ali Zardari at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) that Asif Ali Zardari had a detailed talk on the political situation of the country. PPP is not ready to give up its point of view will deliver a clear message from Liaquat Bagh on December 27th.
Regarding the Army Chief’s extension of employment, he said that we are all looking forward to the Supreme Court’s detailed decision, so hopefully the judicial decision will guide us in the Legislature, as the guidance on the 18th Amendment.
Bilawal said that it seems that the Prime Minister does not want consensus with the opposition, the government could not make a notification in 3 months, so I do not think the government will be able to take the opposition into confidence in the legislature in six months.
In response to a question, he said that after consulting the opposition, the PML-N sent 3 names to the Prime Minister for the Chief Election Commissioner.
Criticizing Prime Minister Imran Khan, Bilawal said that our elected Prime Minister targets the opposition parties at every opportunity; the Prime Minister is still standing on the container; the Prime Minister’s behavior is a loss to the country and every institution. So I think that first our Prime Minister should come and then there will be an amendment.
He added that the PTI Foreign Funding case has been going on for a long time and no decision has been taken so far.
It should be remembered that in the last days, in the case of extension of the post of army chief, the Supreme Court ordered the government to legislate in six months.
Government ministers have repeatedly said that the extension of the post of Army chief will extend beyond the six-month period.
