Three days after his resignation, the leader of the Federal Government’s Mutahidda Quomi Movement Pakistan and former law minister Senator Farogh Naseem took oath as federal minister. Farogh Naseem resigned from his post on November 26 to pursue the case of extension in the Army Chief’s term. After the decision of the case, the government decided to make Senator Farogh Naseem again the Minister of Law.
Farogh Naseem took oath once again as the federal minister, where President Arif Alvi took oath in the presidency, after which Farogh Naseem again became part of the cabinet. The Attorney General’s Office issued a notification regarding the resignation of Farah Naseem from Pakistan Bar Council while his lawyer’s license was also restored after his resignation.
Due to the resignation of Farogh Naseem, the seat of the Sindh Bar of Pakistan Bar Council has been vacated and Yasin Azad has been appointed. It should be noted that Naseem also resigned from the Minister of Law to pursue the Army Chief’s extension of employment.
