Islamabad: Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that there will be no turning back from the rule of law.
He made this statement during a meeting with former Law Minister Dr Babar Awan, during which the Lahore High Court’s decision to remove the name of Ex-Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif from the Exit Control List (ECL) was discussed.
The Prime Minister said that I want to speak of justice in the country.
Imran Khan said that big action will come this month for public relief, without restructuring and strengthening of the institutions.
Talking about Kashmir, he said that Kashmir is the moon of Pakistan and independence is the destination of Kashmiris. He added that the media should be responsible for the education and treatment of the nation.
During the meeting, Babar Awan said that the institutions are strengthening under the reform agenda and positive changes are coming from the Prime Minister’s efforts and economic reforms.
He said that the rewards of economic reforms will reach the poorer people very soon while timely measures are being taken to ensure the economy is correct.
The former law minister said that time will prove that tough decisions were in the interest of the nation. Under the sense program, relief will reach the poor people.
