Waziristan IED blast: Three Pakistan Army soldiers embrace martyrdom

Three Pakistani army personnel were martyred and one was injured in a landmine blast in North Waziristan.

According to Pak Army Department of Public Relations (ISPR), three young men of the patrolling team were killed in the incident.

According to the ISPR, three members of the army’s patrolling team were martyred from the IED blast and one was injured.

The names of the martyred soldiers are Sepoy Sajid, Sepoy Riasat and Sepoy Babar. After the explosion, Pakistan Army cordoned off the area and conducted a search operation.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but the outlawed Tehreek-I-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has claimed responsibility for previous attacks on security forces and civilians in the region.
