PML-Q central leader and speaker Punjab Assembly Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi called on Jamaat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman at his residence to discuss the process of eliminating the sit-in.
Sources said the meeting also consulted on the Freedom March, government and opposition talks.
This is the third meeting between the two leaders in the last 24 hours.
In this regard, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi said that positive progress was being made, many things were going well, a little patience and hard work is required which is being done so that things could reach a logical end in a positive way.
He hoped that our aim would be successful but it would take some time.
Earlier last night, Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi also met Maulana Fazlur Rehman, after talking to the media, Maulana Fazlur Rehman had said that the Election Commission itself admits that 95% of the forms are not signed, the parliamentary for one year today. Why is the the election commission not functional in this regard?
Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehman further said that if the government wants to find a middle way, then the proposals will come out and then see if the positive response has not yet been completed.
