The Supreme court ordered the Punjab government to return the bank guarantee to flour mills exporting flour. The court said that falling trade volume was detrimental to the economy. Provide facilities to the business community or create problems. Unfortunately, the work of exporters is being hampered.
A three-member bench headed by Justice Mashir Alam was hearing the issue of bank guarantee to Flour Exporters.
The court dismissed the Punjab government’s appeal against the order to return the bank guarantee to the floor accused. The Supreme Court said that unfortunately the work of exporters is being hampered. Impact of exports will reduce the trade volume of the country. Loss of trade volume is detrimental to the domestic economy. Provide facilities to the business community or create problems.
Director Food Punjab told the court that Flour Mills could not satisfy the department, then Justice Qazi Essa said, what documents did you ask for your satisfaction which were not found? You don’t know what kind of satisfaction you want.
