Mureed Abbas murder case is returned to the session court by the Anti terrorism Court in Karachi.
The case relating to the murder of TV anchorperson Mureed Abbas and his friend supposedly by their colleague took another turn on Monday, with an anti terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi deciding that the case didn’t fall inside the significance of ‘terrorism’.
The ATC-I judge in this way moved the case to the District South sessions court for leading the preliminary of a confined suspect, Atif Zaman, in the twofold murder.
Police had booked and captured Zaman for supposedly murdering his two colleagues — Abbas and Khizar Hayat — in Khayaban-I-Bukhari, DHA, the evening of July 9.
Wife of Mureed Abbas one of the victims of this case has now decided on challenging the decision of Anti terrorism court ATC and for this purpose she reached the High court of Sindh in Karachi. She has been updating all the developments on her husband’s murder case.
After the decision of Anti terrorism court, this is what she has shared on social media Site Facebook and Twitter.
یہ انصاف کی جنگ ہے اور یہ جنگ انصاف کے حصول تک جاری رہےگی۔ اب ای ٹی سی کا فیصلہ ہائی کورٹ میں چیلینج کرینگے۔ یا اللہ مدد!
