The fuel prices are likely to go down in the light of the recommendation by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA). The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) in its summary recommended the petroleum division to readjust the fuel prices for the month of October.
OGRA also recommended to increase the price of kerosene oil. A hike of 1.19 rupees per liter has been recommended. Meanwhile, the petrol, diesel and light diesel are likely to go down. A reduction of Rs2.55, Rs3.23, and Rs2.41 in the petrol, diesel, and light diesel has been recommended respectively.
The petrol Prices were also reduced by the Pakistan Tehreek E Insaf led federal government for the month of September. The new petrol Prices will come into effect from October 1st if approved by the petroleum division.
