India’s provinces are drowned into deep flood as it’s five districts and the villages are reportedly drowned in water and causing troubles for locals who have been stranded and left their areas. The water has drowned every thing in Raj garh.They are calling it a big curse because it is un manageable and they say it is massive one after 1972 and 1973. There are more than thousands of people who have left their homes. The floods have caused trouble and complete homelessness.
More than 5,000 locals have been moved from low-lying areas to safe areas.
The flood situation continues to be worse in Kota Bundi, Dholpur, Baran and other parts of Rajasthan. According to Indian media who reached out to Kota’s most-affected areas and spoke with several people who have been stuck in their houses.
The affected people said that “For three days, there has been no electricity, no clean drinking water and even food stocks have finished for many out here,”.
Even the food stocks have finished for several of them and there has been no electricity in localities close to Chambal river in Kota district.
So far, more than 4,500 people have been rescued but many are still reportedly stranded.
More than 5.5 lakh cusecs of water have been released after the rise in water level in the Chambal river.
The situation in various other parts of Rajasthan, including Jhalawar, Bar, and Dholpur also continues to worsen as water levels have risen in the Chambal river. Schools in various parts of the state have been shut due to floods. The Army and the NDRF have been carrying out the relief operations.
