Prime Minister Imran Khan has been named among the World’s 500 Most Influential Muslims. The list of the World’s 500 Most Influential Muslims is compiled by the Royal Islamic Strategic Studies Centre in Jordan. This list names muslims across the globe who have influenced people in different fields of life.
Imran Khan is ranked at 29th in the list. The list also includes 18 other Pakistani including Nobel Laureate Malala Yousafzai, Dr Umer Saif, Maulana Tariq Jamil, Nawaz Sharif, Dr Farhat Hashmi, Dr Tahir ul Qadri, Siraj-ul-Haq, Javed Ghamdi, Bilquis Edhi, Muniba Mazari, Professor Atta-ur-Rehman, Dr Abdul Qadeer Khan, Irfan Siddique, Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, Abida Parveen, Salman Iqbal, and Maulana Fazlur Rehman.
Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan has emerged on the top of this list. Saudi King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz Al-Saud is at second while King of Jordan Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei, King of Morocco His Majesty Amir al-Mu’minin is at third, fourth and fifth respectively.
