I have never said that. Cutting hands is a part of the Shariah law, but it is never implemented the way you are advertising. It is a good punishment and should be implemented on rich and influential criminals first. Then this will become an example for the whole society and no one will even dare to commit a crime. Remember what Prophet Muhammad said when some of his companions tried to intercede by saying not to cut the hands of the lady (remember she belonged from an influential family too), He replied, nations in past have been cursed and ruined because when some influential person amongst them did a crime, they tried to find excuses and implemented their laws strictly on poor people.
So now if you think with an open mind, this is not hard to understand, why its a good law…

We need a person for care-taker set up who has good knowledge of Punjab and sindh constiuencies and how to control rigging in these provinces because punjab is 60% of Pakistan and sindh is notorious about rigging in election espacially by MQM. I dont agree that Mehmood Khan Achakzai keep enough knowledge about these constiuencies even he seems honest. But honesty is not enough, i think one must be from judicial background and who has spent life in punjab and karachi.
