Okay, he has been dishonest in the past and may still be, but does that mean he can't do anything good?
Should the Prophet (pbuh) refused to accept Khalid-bin-Waleed because of his past being the reason why the Muslims lost a war?
Tahir-ul-qadri is a munafiq? How about yourself? Have you ever lied? Missed a prayer? Took or gave bribe? Have you bought or sold anything on interest? Have you done anything wrong in your life?
Does that mean that you are disqualified from doing anything good at all?
Finally, does ANYONE think empowering the Elections Commission is a bad idea? Does anyone think that Commissioner Fakhruddin Ibrahim should be given powers to ENFORCE laws?
Whatever the past of this man, Tahir ul Qadri, whatever his 'intentions', is what he calling towards (empowerment of the Elections Commission) good for Pakistan? I'm not asking that people 'follow' him, I'm not asking people to 'vote' for him. What I'm asking is, that whatever he may be can we AT LEAST support something that is right?

Dr Tahirul Qadri sahib told in one of his speech that I have lot of followers around the world and if I request them to donate 1000 euro each I will get such a big amount that i can pay off all the deficit(karz) of Pakistan.It is my humble request to Dr sahib please do this immediately then all the problems of my country are solved.Let me share the benefit of this kare sawab.
1) We are paying 40-50 % of our income to pay the interest of our deficit (karz ).If our deficit is paid off we will have surplus amount in hand that can be used for good purpose.This will be an Islamic act because we are not paying interest. Interest is haram in Islam so you will save nation from haram act.
2)There will be no suicide from hunger and nobody will sell there children for survival.suicide is also haram in Islam. So you will save nation from another haram act.
3) Let me remind that in early 1960 to 1965 $1=4 rupee.after that we keep on borrowing money and our currency start devaluing now $1=98 rupee.In 1960 Honda motor cycle was only for 1300 rupees. If your followers pay off the deficit of Pakistan our currency will revalue and every one will survive.
If you will do this kare sawab all nation will accept you as masiah and you will be the second big leader after Quid e azam muhammed ali jinnah.

We are with Allama Dr. Tahir ul Qadri. We do not want such a fudel system in which only and only specific families have right to rule. Hate such type of system.
I have been following what Dr Qadri has been saying and I think he is talking a lot of sense. I cannot understand people who ar critising him are referring to and my understanding is all he has said is that we want electoral reforms and who would disagree. The only difference is the others say it but do NOTHING and he is willing to make a stand for it. Why do we not want these corrupt people out of the parliament and give a chance to the common teacher/doctor/engr and someone from the middle classes. I think the only people really criticising him are people who are the beneficiaries of the status quo. We should think do we really want the same people back again and if this system carries on they will be. The other thing people are criticising his timing however if we would have started this a couple of years ago everyone would have said give this democratic govt a chance to fulfill its time. I think the timing is very appropriate. Please all people who want a good future for the 99% of Pakistan wake up and let us support Dr Qadri in this endeavour.

As a unbiased Pakistani, i must say, Dr Tahir Qadri demands are very fair and realistic, we, Pakistan, should get out from slavery thinking which have given to us by this corrupt system, we should support a person who is talking about ordinary peoples democracy in the context of Islam.
Following are the stakeholder in Pakistan they have delivered almost nothing for the people of Pakistan except army. Not everyone bad in these instillations but everyone knows what the system does with good honest peoples in these institution , put them in corner and they have no say in any matter.
1 Politician. Track record Shows they take politics as a business
2 Judiciary- Perhaps, it is doing something good now , but they have endorsed bad governments in the past.
3 Bureaucracy: Do they belive in Humanity or serving people of Pakistani. They are most corrupt and cunning peoples among other stakeholders As execution of tasks are in the hands of bureaucracy, how clever they are, nobody talks about them and blaming other stakeholders.
4 Army: what ever you say about army, they have given their lives for this country , they are most discipline institution in Pakistan.
People of Pakistan has given five years to corrupt politicians. why not, they can give Dr Tahir Qadri three months.

SB Handbook of Statistics 2010 shows that the Nawaz Sharif government’s economic performance was the worst amongst all civilian or military government in Pakistan’s. Average growth during Nawaz Sharifs two stints in power was only 4.1 percent, which is significantly lower than Ziaul Haq (5.9 percent), Musharraf (5.1 percent) and even lower than Benazir Bhutto’s two stints in power (five percent).
PMLN performance was not only bad but it also deteriorated during Nawaz Sharifs second stint in power during February 1997 to October 1999. The economy expanded at only 3.1 percent during this time, which is the lowest pace of growth for any government on record. To give you perspective it is exactly as bad as the performance of the current PPP led government, with average growth of 3.1 percent between FY09 to FY13. So while the PML-N rightly criticises the dismal performance of President Zardari’s five years in power, it compares its own equally woeful performance with the Asian Tigers?
Then the ‘wizards’ spin the story about the motorway and other megaprojects. We are also reminded that during the PML-N’s governments, there was no energy crisis, the government collected higher tax than it does today and there was no terrorism in Pakistan. But the central question that remains is: why, despite these mega projects and despite being better placed to run the economy, did the PML-N government manage to perform as poorly as the current government, with growth of only 3.1 percent?
The PML-N then comes out with a long list of excuses, the favourite being the 1998 nuclear tests. The party lays the entire blame of its poor performance on Pakistan going nuclear. However, a careful analysis of SBP data shows that growth actually picked up in FY99 – the year starting July 1998 or just two months after the nuclear tests. Growth picked up in FY99 to 4.2 percent compared to 1.7 percent in FY97 and 3.5 percent in FY98. Unfortunately for PML-N, hard verifiable official data shows that the Sharif government’s performance was dismal even in the years before the May 1998 nuclear tests.
Yet, despite this outstanding record, we are still fed concocted tales of PML-N having the “most experienced economics team on its side, which has delivered in the past and has the capacity to turn around our ailing economy”. With by far the worst performance of any civilian or military government, the ‘experience’ of the PML-N’s financial wizards is exactly the reason why Nawaz Sharif should replace them immediately.

What a show (yes a show, because most anchor people on Pakistan TV are very good spin doctors twisting words and not reaching solid conclusions with honesty during this time) it'll be interesting to see who they are really employed by BUT when the silent majority (citizens) are deprived of their fundamental rights in Pakistan which Qaid-e-Azam fought for, then we are not ready to walk-the-walk and instead hide behind a corrupt Parliament.

If he is the most qualified person and have millions if supporters than he should make a political party and run election. With million of fans he shouldn't have problem winning the election and reform the entire political system. We all know what he is saying is right, but there is way to change things.
