Secondly, for two things I am bit disappointed by CJ Chaudhry:
1) Lower courts of Pakistan are still most corrupt. Still it is a common saying to appoint a judge instead of lawyer. Cases still linger for infinite period of time period. Evening courts are not implemented and so on. This area only comes under domain of CJ and his colleagues. No government can intervene here. So CJ performance here is no different than PPP in govt matters.
2) Seems to me that CJ has taken control of all petty issues by himself. He should act like a guide and act as a check on Govt. But it is a feel that he is acting like head of government. This behavior is wrong and it would be a bad trend for the future governments.

1) Lower courts of Pakistan are still most corrupt. Still it is a common saying to appoint a judge instead of lawyer. Cases still linger for infinite period of time period. Evening courts are not implemented and so on. This area only comes under domain of CJ and his colleagues. No government can intervene here. So CJ performance here is no different than PPP in govt matters.
2) Seems to me that CJ has taken control of all petty issues by himself. He should act like a guide and act as a check on Govt. But it is a feel that he is acting like head of government. This behavior is wrong and it would be a bad trend for the future governments.
