The anchor should have refrained from copying "Hard Talk", we have our own Pakistani mannerisms, which are much more dignified than others. Secondly, free media does not mean that you start defaming your strongest institutions like the armed forces and ISI. I am proud of President General Musharraf. He is a true soldier, statesman, well mannered, and down to the earth person. Above all he is a patriotic Pakistani.When he was in power he was always defending Pakistan, when he is out of power and out of the country he is still loving and defending his country. During his time Pakistan was much better off. He has made few blunders as a human being due to mismanagement and wrong advice of few of the selfish politicians in his closer circle.
This anchor Iftikhar does not impress me at all. He does ask good questions mostly, but his attitude is terrible. He continuously points his lousy crooked finger towards his guest and his tone is mean and very insulting. He must learn manners and professionalism in journalism. If he can not be trained, then he should be kicked out on the street.There should not be any room for him to be an anchor. I am surprised that General Musharraf put up with him and handled all the answers very gracefully.. If I was his guest, I would have put him in his spot in a second and also would given him few lessons.
