کیا یہ عجیب قانون نہیں دہشتگردوں کی اپیل بھی منظور ہوجاتی ہے اور رہائی بھی مل جاتی ہے مگر شیعہ قیدی جو بیس بیس سال سے گرفتار ہیں آج تک اُن کو سماعت کی تاریخ بھی نہین دی جاتی!

دوسرے ضیاالحق کاانجام وہی ہوگا جو پہلے ضیاالحق کا ہوا تھا۔
Sunni-Shia problem started during Caliphate. It was a time when there were great uprisings, conspiracies, and civil war. Not only thousands of ordinary Muslims, but also three righteous Caliphs were killed. Muslims were killed by Muslims. With the killing of the third caliph (Hazrat Usman), Shia-Sunni problem started.
What we are doing today in Pakistan is nothing but a repitition of early Islamic history. Histroy is repeating itself. To understand the motives behind Sunni-Shia killings, one should study Islamic histroy.
Until we have Islam, this will continue. We can't take Islam out but we need to address the problems that we face because of Islam. The only thing that Government can do, is to relocate them or have new colonies built for them. where they can have their businesses and school for their kids. Thus Hazara Community could become the the leading example for progress in our country.

most of the target killers came out from those streets (espiny road) which was shown by cameraman from inside the van. they do their brutal activity against the hazara community and go back again to those streets in front of the people who were present at that moment. at the time of investigation those eyewitnesses vanish from the crime scene and the police are unable to find out the criminals. it is for sure that the people of area is totally involved and they give shelters to the target killers. the govt. and law enforcement agencies are also aware about all such things but they are quite just becoz they are also playing their role for that particular game which is in run by national and international agencies in quetta. i can say without any doubt that the paki govt. and isi is totally supporting terrorist for such coward acts in quetta.

Allah Ma al Haq (Allah is with justice) Does it say anywhere in Quran Allah is with Muslims or any sect the answer is No. What a shame for 90 plus TV channels of Pakistan who deliberately did not condemn such a horrific incident. This is a shameful day for Pakistani media that a foreign channel CNBC has to air such a program on Hazara community.
Greed has taken over moral values and character of Pakistani elite and they have become the lowest of mankind to serve their own interests. Quran is full of warnings and that time is coming, unfortunately innocent will pay the price.

The problem we have is that Iftikhar Choudhry is not a Chief Justice anymore , he is a politician who lloves protocol, flasy cars, Honour parade and speaking to Lawyers lobby , foreign delegates and bussinessman.
In other countries we never hear Chief Justice, how many people know who is the chief Justice in U.S, U.K, France or Canada.
Iftikhar Choudhry approved Army rule twice, he is a PCO judge , he is openly favoring his son in corruption cases because he is part of the corruption, he is a bad omen for Pakistan.

First of all that the 922 “Mujahideen” you have made free through your “Free” Judiciary have Mashallah spread all over the country and have paralysed the life of every Pakistani. It is really cheerful that your released “Innocent” Mujahideen did 3 great jobs on the night of 27th of month of Ramzan.

It would however be unjustified if I do not acknowledge the marvellous role of General Hameed Gul, Imran Khan, Sheikh Rasheed, Zaid Hamid, Munawar Hassan and the right wing columnists like Ansar Abbasi, Hamid Mir, Javed Chaudhry, Orya Maqbool Jan and many others who always interpret these brutalities as “Reaction to Drones” and “taking revenge from America”.

5: Ordering the government to pay rewards to the Lal Masjid Terrorists who killed our tens of SG Commandos
6: Causing Billions of Rupees loss to National Economy by issuing threats against the PM every day on Newspapers and TV Channels.
7: Backing up 900 Million Rupees Corruption of his Son and filing a case of “Contempt of Court” against the person who disclosed his corruption.
8: The first judge in the history who is described to “Having Gone Mad” by his Counter parts in other countries.
9: The only judiciary in the world who fixes the price of Tomatoes, Potatoes and Samosa as well.
10: The only CJ in the world who takes “Sue Motto Action” against the Slap of a lady to another lady but becomes Dumb, Deaf and Blind on the massacre of innocent people taking place on the roads on daily basis.

ایک ایسےقت میں جب پاکستان میں فرقہ ورانہ کشیدگی اپنے عروج پر ہے اور اہل تشیع افراد کے قتل پر شور مچا ہوا ہے،ا چانک سرکاری افسران اور اہم ترین وزرا نے ایک سرکاری اجلاس میں انکشاف کیا ہے کہ فرقہ ورانہ بنیاد پر ہی سعودی عرب بھی پاکستان کو کسی قسم کی امداد دینے سے انکار کرچکا ہے کیونکہ سعودی عرب کا خیال ہے کہ اس وقت پاکستان میں ایک شیعہ حکومت ہے۔ صدر زرداری بھی اہل تشیع ہین اور اکثر وزرائے اعلی بھی اہل تشیع ہیں۔ جب کہ اہم ترین وفاقی اور صوبائی وزرا بھی اہل تشیع ہیں۔ اسی بنیاد پر سعودی عرب نے گذشتہ چار برس سے پاکستان کی امداد اور مفت کا تیل بند کررکھا اور تعلقات میں بھی انتہائی سرد مہری ہے۔ اس کی ایک وجہ یہ بھی بتائی جاتی ہے کہ صدر زرداری نے ایران سے قریبی تعلقات رکھے ہوئے ہیں اور چند روز قبل ہی ایک تصویر شائع ہوئی ہے جس میں پاکستانی صدر ایرانی روحانی رہنما آیت اللہ خامنائی سے ملاقات کے دوران برہنہ پیر ہیں، ان کے صاحبزادے بلاول بھی برہنہ پیر ہیں جب کہ ایرانی سرکاری افسر اور خامنائی جوتے پہنے ہوئے ہیں۔ واضح رہے کہ سعودی حکو مت اپنے ملک میں اہل تشیع اقلیت کی بغاوت کو کچلنے کی کوشش کررہی ہیں اور ایک بڑا فوجی آپریشن بھی کررہی ہے دوسری جانب پڑوسی ملک بحرین میں بھی سعودی فوج نے ا ہل تشیع کی مسلح بغاوت کو بری طرح کچل دیا ہے اور اب وہ شام میں بھی شیعہ حکومت کے خلاف سنی بغاوت کی مدد کررہی ہے۔ ایسے میں پاکستان مین ایک شیعہ حکومت سے سعودی عرب سخت مشتعل ہے۔پاکستان کی خارجہ پالیسی پر بند کمرے میں ہونے والے ایک اجلاس میں اس بات کا اعتراف کیا گیا ہے کہ پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت کے چار سالوں کے دوران پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان سرد مہری بڑھ گئی ہے۔ اس سردمہری کا ذمہ دار وزارت خارجہ اور پاکستانی سفارت کار وں کو ٹھہرایا گیا ہے جو بظاہر اپنی ذمہ داریاں نبھانے میں ناکام رہے ہیں۔دونوں ملکوں کے تعلقات میں گرم جوشی میں واقع ہونی والی کمی کا سرکاری طور پر یہ پہلا غیر اعلانیہ اعتراف سمجھا جا رہا ہے۔ خیال کیا جا رہا ہے کہ سعودی عرب سے تعلقات میں کھچاؤ کے سبب پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت کو معاشی محاذ پر بھی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے کیونکہ سعودی عرب نے پاکستان کو امداد دینے سے اپنا ہاتھ بھی کھینچا ہو اہے۔سینٹ کی خارجہ امور کی کمیٹی کے بند کمرے میں ہونے والے اجلاس کے منٹس اندازہ ہوتا ہے کہ پیپلز پارٹی کے ارکان نے سارا الزام سعودی عرب میں پاکستانی سفیر اور دوسرے سفارتی عملہ پر لگایا ہے۔ذرائع کے مطابق پچھلے دنوں پارلیمنٹ ہاؤز میں سینٹ کی فارن کمیٹی کا اجلاس ہوا جس میں ارکان کے علاوہ کسی کو بھی بیٹھنے کی اجازت نہ تھی۔ اجلاس کی صدارت سینیٹر حاجی عدیل نے کی جبکہ اعتزاز احسن، فرحت اللہ بابر، مصطفے کمال، سحر کمال، صغرا امام، مولانا غفور حیدری اور جہانگیر بدر نے شرکت کی۔ اس اجلاس میں وزارت خارجہ کی طرف سے وزیرمملکت برائے خارجہ ملک احمد خان اور ایڈیشنیل سیکرٹری نے بھی شرکت کی۔دستاویزات کے مطابق جب پاکستان کی فارن پالیسی پر بحث شروع ہوئی تو اس بات کا اعتراف کیا گیا کہ اس وقت پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان تناؤ ہے اور دونوں ممالک کے تعلقات وہ نہیں رہے جو کبھی ہوا کر تے تھے۔ اجلاس میں بتایا گیا کہ یہ بات زہن میں رکھنی ہوگی کہ سعودی عرب پاکستان کے لیے بہت اہم ملک ہے اور پاکستان کسی صورت اسے نظر انداز نہیں کر سکتا۔ اجلاس میں شرکاء کا خیال تھا کہ پاکستانی سفارت کار اپنے فرائض اچھی طرح سرانجام نہیں دے رہے تھے۔ اس سلسلے میں یہ بھی کہا گیا کہ پاکستانی سفارت خانے کی خراب کارگردگی کا اندازہ اس سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے کہ سفارت خانے کے ایک سیکشن کا دوسرے سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں ہے۔ جدہ میں پاسپورٹ سیکشن بہت بری حالت میں تھا اور وہاں حج کمپلیکس خالی پڑا تھا جسے استعمال کیا جاسکتا ہے تاکہ وہاں رہنے والے لوگوں کو سہولتیں دی جا سکیں۔ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان دوریاں اس وقت بڑھنی شروع ہوئی تھیں جب اس وقت کے وزیراعظم یوسف رضا گیلانی وزیراعظم بننے کے بعد دو ہزار آٹھ میں سرکاری دورے پر تشریف لے گئے تھے۔ صدر زرداری اس وقت ابھی ملک کے صدر نہیں بنے تھے وہ بھی بعد میں جدہ پہنچ گئے تھے۔ نواز شریف سے بھی درخواست کی گئی تھی کہ وہ بھی وزیراعظم گیلانی اور پیپلز پارٹی کے چیرپرسن آصف علی زرداری کے ساتھ جدہ چلیں تاکہ مل کر سعودی شاہ سے درخواست کی جائے کہ وہ پاکستان کے لیے کوئی بڑا امدادی پیکیج دیں جس سے ملک کی اکانومی بہتر کرنے میں مدد مل سکیں۔اس سلسلے میں بہت سارے پراجیکٹس بھی حکومتی وفد ساتھ لے کر گیا تھا تاکہ سعودی عرب کی حکومت انہیں چلانے کے لیے سرمایہ کاری کرے۔ سستے آئل کی فراہمی بھی دونوں ملکوں کے ایجنڈہ پر ایک اہم نکتہ تھا۔تاہم وزیراعظم گیلانی اور صدر زردری کو اس وقت شدید مایوسی کا سامنا کرنا پڑا تھا جب پہلے نواز شریف نے ان کے ساتھ جدہ جانے سے انکار کیا اور اس کے بعد سعودی حکمرانوں نے انہیں تیل کی ایک بوند بھی نہیں دی اور نہ ہی پاکستان کے معاشی مسائل حل کرنے کے لیے بیل آؤ ٹ پیکیج کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا ۔ اس پر زرداری نے صدر بننے کے بعد ملک کی فارن پالیسی کا رخ بدلا اور اس کا رخ سعودی عرب سے زیادہ ایران کی طرف کر لیا جس پر سعودی عرب مزید ناراض ہو گیا کیونکہ شیعہ ایران سے سنی سعودی عرب سخت ناراض ہے۔ اس طرح فرقہ ورانہ کشیدگی اور لڑائی پاکستان میں صرف ایک لڑائی ہی نہیں بلکہ اس کے ڈانڈے بین الاقومی سطح پر جا کر ملتے ہیں۔ کہا جا رہا ہے کہ پاکستان میں مسلح اہل تشیع گروپوں کو ایران فوجی مدد دیتا ہے اور سرپرستی کرتا ہے جب کہ سنی جنگجو گروپوں کی سرپرستی سعودی عرب کرتا ہے

This email is intended to record our protest on the silent role of Pakistan’s judiciary on brutal killings of Shias in Pakistan. We fully support all the voice of Mazloomeen of Pakistan (inside and outside Pakistan) against failed policies of Pakistani government and silent role Pakistan’s Judiciary on Shia killings. Refer to the incident, dated 28th May (International Jurist Award) where a Pakistani student raised his voice and stood against chief justice of Pakistan and recorded his protest. We would like to say that due to your lack of interest in Shia killings, the hatred in our nation against silent judiciary is increasing day by day. I am quite sure that it will initiate a “Tehreek” against Pakistani judiciary if they fail to punish the terrorists and put the ban on their organizations such as ASWJ-SSP and DPC
We would like to recall you the case of Waheeda Shah (we fully support your action), where a Sue Motto Action was taken just for a single slap on “presiding officer’s face”, and finally candidate was disqualified. Could we ask you please why a Sue Motto Action is never taken on killings of innocent shias of Pakistan in Quetta, Gilgit, Parachinar, Karachi, Lahore and all others areas of Pakistan?

Pakistan’s current judiciary has shown its biased role towards terrorists and killers in Pakistan (e.g. 1- release of Malik Ishaq who openly accepted his killings in court, 2- support of PMLN backed ASWJ-SSP organization), our country will become an ideal place for terrorists from all over the world.
In the end, we would like to recall you a verse from Quran about the real day of judgment,
And warn them, [O Muhammad], of the Approaching Day, when hearts are at the throats, filled [with distress]. For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [who is] obeyed. (Ghaafir 40:18)
If Pakistan’s judiciary will not take the unabated Genocide of Shias of Pakistan seriously, be read for the day when all of the Mazloomeen wouldfile a case against you on the day of judgment. On that day Allah will be the Judge.

یہ صحیح ہے کہ بم دھماکے کرنے والوں کو مالی امداد انڈیا، اسرائیل سے ملتی ہے مگر اُن کا مذہبی، سیاسی اور جماعتی تعلق طالبان سے یا سپاہ صحابہ/ لشکر جھنگوی سے ہوتا ہے
ابھی بھی کوئی اگر یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ طالبان اسلام کے نام لیوا ہیں تو وہ احمق ہے اور احمقوں کی جنت میں رہتا ہے –
یہ ایک تلخ اور آشکار سچائی ہے کہ طالبان اور کچھ نہیں ہیں بلکہ آئی ایس آئی کے تیار کردہ گماشتے ہیں – آج ان کی مالی امداد، فوجی تربیت اور راہنمائی کا ذریعہ بند کر دیا جائے تو ایک مہینے سے بھی کم میں یہ اپنی موت آپ مر جائیں گے
طالبان کی حمایت اسلام دشمنی، ملک دشمنی اور انسان دشمنی کے علاوہ کچھ نہیں ہے –
لعنت ہو طالبان پر، ان کے بنانے والوں پر، ان کے ماننے والوں پر، ان کی امداد کرنے والوں پر اور ان سے ہمدردی رکھنے والوں پر

Not only thousands of ordinary Muslims, but also three righteous Caliphs were killed. Muslims were killed by Muslims. With the killing of the third caliph (Hazrat Usman), Shia-Sunni problem started.
What we are doing today in Pakistan is nothing but a repitition of early Islamic history. Histroy is repeating itself. To understand the motives behind Sunni-Shia killings, one should study Islamic histroy.
Until we have Islam, this will continue. We can't take Islam out but we need to address the problems that we face because of Islam. The only thing that Government can do, is to relocate them or have new colonies built for them. where they can have their businesses and school for their kids. Thus Hazara Community could become the the leading example for progress in our country.

most of the target killers came out from those streets (espiny road) which was shown by cameraman from inside the van. they do their brutal activity against the hazara community and go back again to those streets in front of the people who were present at that moment. at the time of investigation those eyewitnesses vanish from the crime scene and the police are unable to find out the criminals. it is for sure that the people of area is totally involved and they give shelters to the target killers. the govt. and law enforcement agencies are also aware about all such things but they are quite just becoz they are also playing their role for that particular game which is in run by national and international agencies in quetta. i can say without any doubt that the paki govt. and isi is totally supporting terrorist for such coward acts in quetta.

ایک ایسےقت میں جب پاکستان میں فرقہ ورانہ کشیدگی اپنے عروج پر ہے اور اہل تشیع افراد کے قتل پر شور مچا ہوا ہے،ا چانک سرکاری افسران اور اہم ترین وزرا نے ایک سرکاری اجلاس میں انکشاف کیا ہے کہ فرقہ ورانہ بنیاد پر ہی سعودی عرب بھی پاکستان کو کسی قسم کی امداد دینے سے انکار کرچکا ہے کیونکہ سعودی عرب کا خیال ہے کہ اس وقت پاکستان میں ایک شیعہ حکومت ہے۔ صدر زرداری بھی اہل تشیع ہین اور اکثر وزرائے اعلی بھی اہل تشیع ہیں۔ جب کہ اہم ترین وفاقی اور صوبائی وزرا بھی اہل تشیع ہیں۔ اسی بنیاد پر سعودی عرب نے گذشتہ چار برس سے پاکستان کی امداد اور مفت کا تیل بند کررکھا اور تعلقات میں بھی انتہائی سرد مہری ہے۔ اس کی ایک وجہ یہ بھی بتائی جاتی ہے کہ صدر زرداری نے ایران سے قریبی تعلقات رکھے ہوئے ہیں اور چند روز قبل ہی ایک تصویر شائع ہوئی ہے جس میں پاکستانی صدر ایرانی روحانی رہنما آیت اللہ خامنائی سے ملاقات کے دوران برہنہ پیر ہیں، ان کے صاحبزادے بلاول بھی برہنہ پیر ہیں جب کہ ایرانی سرکاری افسر اور خامنائی جوتے پہنے ہوئے ہیں۔ واضح رہے کہ سعودی حکو مت اپنے ملک میں اہل تشیع اقلیت کی بغاوت کو کچلنے کی کوشش کررہی ہیں اور ایک بڑا فوجی آپریشن بھی کررہی ہے دوسری جانب پڑوسی ملک بحرین میں بھی سعودی فوج نے ا ہل تشیع کی مسلح بغاوت کو بری طرح کچل دیا ہے اور اب وہ شام میں بھی شیعہ حکومت کے خلاف سنی بغاوت کی مدد کررہی ہے۔ ایسے میں پاکستان مین ایک شیعہ حکومت سے سعودی عرب سخت مشتعل ہے۔پاکستان کی خارجہ پالیسی پر بند کمرے میں ہونے والے ایک اجلاس میں اس بات کا اعتراف کیا گیا ہے کہ پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت کے چار سالوں کے دوران پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان سرد مہری بڑھ گئی ہے۔ اس سردمہری کا ذمہ دار وزارت خارجہ اور پاکستانی سفارت کار وں کو ٹھہرایا گیا ہے جو بظاہر اپنی ذمہ داریاں نبھانے میں ناکام رہے ہیں۔دونوں ملکوں کے تعلقات میں گرم جوشی میں واقع ہونی والی کمی کا سرکاری طور پر یہ پہلا غیر اعلانیہ اعتراف سمجھا جا رہا ہے۔ خیال کیا جا رہا ہے کہ سعودی عرب سے تعلقات میں کھچاؤ کے سبب پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت کو معاشی محاذ پر بھی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے کیونکہ سعودی عرب نے پاکستان کو امداد دینے سے اپنا ہاتھ بھی کھینچا ہو اہے۔سینٹ کی خارجہ امور کی کمیٹی کے بند کمرے میں ہونے والے اجلاس کے منٹس اندازہ ہوتا ہے کہ پیپلز پارٹی کے ارکان نے سارا الزام سعودی عرب میں پاکستانی سفیر اور دوسرے سفارتی عملہ پر لگایا ہے۔ذرائع کے مطابق پچھلے دنوں پارلیمنٹ ہاؤز میں سینٹ کی فارن کمیٹی کا اجلاس ہوا جس میں ارکان کے علاوہ کسی کو بھی بیٹھنے کی اجازت نہ تھی۔ اجلاس کی صدارت سینیٹر حاجی عدیل نے کی جبکہ اعتزاز احسن، فرحت اللہ بابر، مصطفے کمال، سحر کمال، صغرا امام، مولانا غفور حیدری اور جہانگیر بدر نے شرکت کی۔ اس اجلاس میں وزارت خارجہ کی طرف سے وزیرمملکت برائے خارجہ ملک احمد خان اور ایڈیشنیل سیکرٹری نے بھی شرکت کی۔دستاویزات کے مطابق جب پاکستان کی فارن پالیسی پر بحث شروع ہوئی تو اس بات کا اعتراف کیا گیا کہ اس وقت پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان تناؤ ہے اور دونوں ممالک کے تعلقات وہ نہیں رہے جو کبھی ہوا کر تے تھے۔ اجلاس میں بتایا گیا کہ یہ بات زہن میں رکھنی ہوگی کہ سعودی عرب پاکستان کے لیے بہت اہم ملک ہے اور پاکستان کسی صورت اسے نظر انداز نہیں کر سکتا۔ اجلاس میں شرکاء کا خیال تھا کہ پاکستانی سفارت کار اپنے فرائض اچھی طرح سرانجام نہیں دے رہے تھے۔ اس سلسلے میں یہ بھی کہا گیا کہ پاکستانی سفارت خانے کی خراب کارگردگی کا اندازہ اس سے لگایا جا سکتا ہے کہ سفارت خانے کے ایک سیکشن کا دوسرے سے کوئی رابطہ نہیں ہے۔ جدہ میں پاسپورٹ سیکشن بہت بری حالت میں تھا اور وہاں حج کمپلیکس خالی پڑا تھا جسے استعمال کیا جاسکتا ہے تاکہ وہاں رہنے والے لوگوں کو سہولتیں دی جا سکیں۔ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ پاکستان اور سعودی عرب کے درمیان دوریاں اس وقت بڑھنی شروع ہوئی تھیں جب اس وقت کے وزیراعظم یوسف رضا گیلانی وزیراعظم بننے کے بعد دو ہزار آٹھ میں سرکاری دورے پر تشریف لے گئے تھے۔ صدر زرداری اس وقت ابھی ملک کے صدر نہیں بنے تھے وہ بھی بعد میں جدہ پہنچ گئے تھے۔ نواز شریف سے بھی درخواست کی گئی تھی کہ وہ بھی وزیراعظم گیلانی اور پیپلز پارٹی کے چیرپرسن آصف علی زرداری کے ساتھ جدہ چلیں تاکہ مل کر سعودی شاہ سے درخواست کی جائے کہ وہ پاکستان کے لیے کوئی بڑا امدادی پیکیج دیں جس سے ملک کی اکانومی بہتر کرنے میں مدد مل سکیں۔اس سلسلے میں بہت سارے پراجیکٹس بھی حکومتی وفد ساتھ لے کر گیا تھا تاکہ سعودی عرب کی حکومت انہیں چلانے کے لیے سرمایہ کاری کرے۔ سستے آئل کی فراہمی بھی دونوں ملکوں کے ایجنڈہ پر ایک اہم نکتہ تھا۔تاہم وزیراعظم گیلانی اور صدر زردری کو اس وقت شدید مایوسی کا سامنا کرنا پڑا تھا جب پہلے نواز شریف نے ان کے ساتھ جدہ جانے سے انکار کیا اور اس کے بعد سعودی حکمرانوں نے انہیں تیل کی ایک بوند بھی نہیں دی اور نہ ہی پاکستان کے معاشی مسائل حل کرنے کے لیے بیل آؤ ٹ پیکیج کا اعلان کیا گیا تھا ۔ اس پر زرداری نے صدر بننے کے بعد ملک کی فارن پالیسی کا رخ بدلا اور اس کا رخ سعودی عرب سے زیادہ ایران کی طرف کر لیا جس پر سعودی عرب مزید ناراض ہو گیا کیونکہ شیعہ ایران سے سنی سعودی عرب سخت ناراض ہے۔ اس طرح فرقہ ورانہ کشیدگی اور لڑائی پاکستان میں صرف ایک لڑائی ہی نہیں بلکہ اس کے ڈانڈے بین الاقومی سطح پر جا کر ملتے ہیں۔ کہا جا رہا ہے کہ پاکستان میں مسلح اہل تشیع گروپوں کو ایران فوجی مدد دیتا ہے اور سرپرستی کرتا ہے جب کہ سنی جنگجو گروپوں کی سرپرستی سعودی عرب کرتا ہے

Dear Sir,
This email is intended to record our protest on the silent role of Pakistan’s judiciary on brutal killings of Shias in Pakistan. We fully support all the voice of Mazloomeen of Pakistan (inside and outside Pakistan) against failed policies of Pakistani government and silent role Pakistan’s Judiciary on Shia killings. Refer to the incident, dated 28th May (International Jurist Award) where a Pakistani student raised his voice and stood against chief justice of Pakistan and recorded his protest. We would like to say that due to your lack of interest in Shia killings, the hatred in our nation against silent judiciary is increasing day by day. I am quite sure that it will initiate a “Tehreek” against Pakistani judiciary if they fail to punish the terrorists and put the ban on their organizations such as ASWJ-SSP and DPC
We would like to recall you the case of Waheeda Shah (we fully support your action), where a Sue Motto Action was taken just for a single slap on “presiding officer’s face”, and finally candidate was disqualified. Could we ask you please why a Sue Motto Action is never taken on killings of innocent shias of Pakistan in Quetta, Gilgit, Parachinar, Karachi, Lahore and all others areas of Pakistan?

Pakistan’s current judiciary has shown its biased role towards terrorists and killers in Pakistan (e.g. 1- release of Malik Ishaq who openly accepted his killings in court, 2- support of PMLN backed ASWJ-SSP organization), our country will become an ideal place for terrorists from all over the world.
In the end, we would like to recall you a verse from Quran about the real day of judgment,
And warn them, [O Muhammad], of the Approaching Day, when hearts are at the throats, filled [with distress]. For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [who is] obeyed. (Ghaafir 40:18)
If Pakistan’s judiciary will not take the unabated Genocide of Shias of Pakistan seriously, be read for the day when all of the Mazloomeen wouldfile a case against you on the day of judgment. On that day Allah will be the Judge.

Thirty thousand Madaris in Pakistan where Government has no control at all, they are free to teach what they want and whom they want.

The problem we have is that Iftikhar Choudhry is not a Chief Justice anymore , he is a politician who lloves protocol, flasy cars, Honour parade and speaking to Lawyers lobby , foreign delegates and bussinessman.
In other countries we never hear Chief Justice, how many people know who is the chief Justice in U.S, U.K, France or Canada.

(بعد میں طالبان کی مالی امداد کیسے ہوئی) – اسامہ بن لادن کا سارا نیٹ ورک افغانستان منتقل کیا گیا اور سی آئی اے کا افغان جنگ کے دوران استعمال کیا گیا پرانا طریقہ یعنی منشیات کی اسمگلنگ دوبارہ رائج کیا گیا – اس میں پاکستانی ‘مجاہدوں‘ نے ہیروئن کو دوبئی تک پہنچایا اور وہاں سے المکتوم، بن داہر، بخاطر، گرگاش جیسے نامی اسمگلروں نے اسے یورپ کی منڈی تک پہنچایا

یہ صحیح ہے کہ بم دھماکے کرنے والوں کو مالی امداد انڈیا، اسرائیل سے ملتی ہے مگر اُن کا مذہبی، سیاسی اور جماعتی تعلق طالبان سے یا سپاہ صحابہ/ لشکر جھنگوی سے ہوتا ہے
ابھی بھی کوئی اگر یہ سمجھتا ہے کہ طالبان اسلام کے نام لیوا ہیں تو وہ احمق ہے اور احمقوں کی جنت میں رہتا ہے –
یہ ایک تلخ اور آشکار سچائی ہے کہ طالبان اور کچھ نہیں ہیں بلکہ آئی ایس آئی کے تیار کردہ گماشتے ہیں – آج ان کی مالی امداد، فوجی تربیت اور راہنمائی کا ذریعہ بند کر دیا جائے تو ایک مہینے سے بھی کم میں یہ اپنی موت آپ مر جائیں گے
طالبان کی حمایت اسلام دشمنی، ملک دشمنی اور انسان دشمنی کے علاوہ کچھ نہیں ہے –
لعنت ہو طالبان پر، ان کے بنانے والوں پر، ان کے ماننے والوں پر، ان کی امداد کرنے والوں پر اور ان سے ہمدردی رکھنے والوں پر
