yes but i want to tell you about this wonderful event which is taking place in a town called Alton about 45 miles outside London….it is a muslim convention taking place and about 35000 people from all over the world are there to attend and listen speeches on islam made by various speakers…what really impressed me was that in this day and age….this was a very well organised and managed gathering…….the area of nearly 220 acres was fully covered in various sizes of marques….there were two large marques for men and women each for about 10000+ visitors…the food was excellent and provided free of charge by the organisers…….
the main massage of the convention was peace to all, regardless of what religion you belonged to……after having visited such a promising gethering all my doubts were removed that islam one day will be accepted by all human beings because the massage of islam in reallity is that of peace….tomorrow on sundqay is the last day of this convention and although it can be seen anytime but it can also be seen live through the following website……

What could be most vulgar & abusive language been used by Abidi in the live shows against the most honourable person in the country, Chief Justice of Pakistan? You just let him use the worst abusive language everyday and still he is been presented like a national hero. What is his status in the country? People know about his past, could explain better, he is been awarded the senate seat by Zardari, to keep him in reserve, by need, he could be left for the opponents to take care of. That's his reality.

Army has a definite role in the creation and promotion of Anti-Shia policies and Pro-Extremist , Pro-Taliban policies but Faisal Raza Abdi cannot talk about army because he knows that the consequences will be bad and it is a " might is right " situation. (تبصرہ: ندیم سعید) ارسلان افتخار کیس میں سپریم کورٹ نے نیب سمیت ریاست کے تمام اداروں کو بے کار قرار دیتے ہوئے ایک سابق پولیس آفیسر شعیب سڈل پر مشتمل یک رکنی کمیشن تشکیل دے دیا ہے کہ وہ ایک مہینے کے اندر تحقیق کر کے سپریم کورٹ کو رپورٹ پیش کرے۔ شعیب سڈل کو اس کام کی انجام دہی کے لیے غیرمعمولی طور پر عدالتی افسر کے تمام اختیارات بھی تفویض کر دیے گیے ہیں۔
اس عدالتی فیصلے پر کم و بیش ہر حلقے کی طرف سے انگلیاں اٹھائی جا رہی ہیں۔ مونس الہی، موسیٰ گیلانی، حامد سعید کاظمی اور ایسے کئی دوسرے افراد کا حوالہ دیا جا سکتا ہے جن کی عدالت نے ایک نہ سنی لیکن جب معاملہ آیا منصف اعلیٰ کے بیٹے کا تو نہ صرف اس کی سنی گئی بلکے اس کی خاطر ریاست کے تمام تفتیشی اداروں کو تضحیک کا نشانہ بنایا گیا بغیر یہ سوچے سمجھے کہ ملک کے کروڑوں عوام کا واسطہ انہیں اداروں سے رہتا ہے اور ہر آدمی کے ولدیت کے خانے میں افتخارمحمد چوہدری نہیں لکھا ہوا۔ کیا باقی عوام کو بھی اپنے معاملات میں انصاف کے لیے شعیب سڈل جیسے افسر فراہم کیے جائینگے؟
شعیب سڈل کے بارے میں معذرت خواہان موجودہ عدلیہ اب شرافت، قابلیت اور دیانتداری کا راگ الاپ رہے ہیں کہ ان پر کبھی بدعنوانی کا کوئی الزام نہیں لگا وغیرہ وغیرہ۔ لیکن کیا بدعنوانی صرف روپے پیسے کی ہوتی ہے؟ شعیب سڈل اپنی پولیس سروس کے دوران ہمیشہ اچھے عہدوں پر فائز کیے گیے۔ پاکستان میں آئی جی پولیس یا انٹیلیجنس بیورو کا سرابرہ لگنے کے لیے صرف قابلیت ہی کافی نہیں ہوتی، اس کے لیے آقاؤں کو خوش رکھنے کا ہنر بھی آنا چاہیے۔ پولیس سروس آف پاکستان کا ہر قابل افسر آئی جی یا آئی بی کا سربراہ نہیں بنتا۔
شعیب سڈل میر مرتضیٰ بھٹو ’قتل ‘ کیس کے مرکزی ملزم تھے، اس کیس کے باقی پولیس افسر ملزموں کے ساتھ کچھ عرصہ معطل رہے اور بعدمیں سپریم کورٹ کے ایک فیصلے کے نتیجے میں ریٹائرمنٹ کی عمر کو پہنچنے کے بعد بھی سروس کرتے رہے۔ میر مرتضیٰ کیس میں ملوث پولیس افسروں نے عدالت سے درخواست کی تھی کہ ملازمت سے عرصہ معطلی کے برابر انہیں ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد مدت ملازمت میں توسیع دی جائے۔ درخواست گزاروں کو عملی طور یہ سہولت نہ ملی لیکن شعیب سڈل جنہوں نے یہ درخواست ہی نہیں کی تھی انہیں مدت ملازمت میں توسیع مل گئی۔ یہ معجزے ایسے ہی نہیں ہو جاتے۔حتمی ریٹائرمنٹ کے بعد انہیں ملک کے ٹیکس محتسب کی نوکری مل گئی ہے۔ (ویسے میر مرتضیٰ قتل کیس میں نامزد ملزم پر پی پی پی دور میں نوازشات بھی کئی سوالوں کو جنم دیتی ہیں)۔
شعیب سڈل تیل دیکھیں گے اور تیل کی دھار دیکھیں گے۔
دوسرا اداروں کے وقار کی بات کرنے والے افراد کو اہمیت دیتے اچھے نہیں لگتے۔ عدلیہ چاہے کسی بھی سطح کی ہواس کی کارکردگی کا انحصار بڑی حد تک تفتیشی اداروں پر ہوتا ہے۔ عدالت نے انصاف کرنا ہوتا ہے ، وہ استغاثہ کا کردار ادا نہیں کر سکتی۔ لیکن چوہدری افتخار کی عدالت کی بات ہی نرالی ہے، مونس الہی، موسی گیلانی یا حامد کاظمی کا کیس ہو تو یہ استغاثہ بن جاتی ہے اوربیٹے ارسلان کا ہو تو یہ وکیل صفائی بن جاتی ہے۔نیب، ایف آئی اے یا پولیس سے تفتیش کی بجائے عدالت خود کبھی ظفر قریشی، طارق کھوسہ، حسین اصغر اور کبھی شعیب سڈل کو تفتیشی افسر مقرر کر دیتی ہے۔ عدالت کے اس چلن سے اداروں میں کام کرنے والے دوسرے اچھے افسروں کی حوصلہ شکنی ہوتی ہوگی جبکہ بحیثیت ادارہ تو اس کی ساکھ عدالتی تبصروں کے بوجھ تلے ویسے ہی روندی جاتی ہے۔
کمیشن مقرر کرنا وفاقی حکومت کا اختیار ہے، عدالت زیادہ سے زیادہ حکم دے سکتی ہے۔ لیکن افتخار چوہدری کی عدلیہ نے ’میمو گیٹ‘ میں کمیشن بنا کہ یہ اختیار بھی حاصل کر لیا ہے اور اب اسی نظیر کی بنیاد پر ’فیملی گیٹ‘ میں سڈل کمیشن بنا دیا ہے۔اس سے پہلے یہی عدالت وفاقی سیکریٹریوں کے تقرر و تبادلوں میں بھی مداخلت کرتی رہی ہے۔
بہت سارے عوامی دلچسپی کے ایسے معاملے ہیں جن پر ایک متحرک عدالت کی نظر ہونی چاہیے لیکن چوہدری صاحب کی عدالت اس سے صرف نظر کر رہی ہے۔ کم سن عیسائی لڑکی رمشا کا معاملہ دنیا بھر پاکستان کی بدنامی کا سبب بن رہا ہے لیکن عدالت کو سوئس حکام کو خط پوسٹ کرانے کی لگی ہوئی ہے۔ ملک کی شیعہ آبادی کا قتل عام کیا جا رہا ہے لیکن عدالت کو معصوم ارسلان کی فکر ہے۔
پی پی پی کے سینیٹر فیصل رضا عابدی کے طرز تکلم پر اعتراض کیا جا سکتا ہے لیکن چیف جسٹس کے بیٹے کے حوالے سے جو شواہد وہ ٹی ٹاک شوز میں دکھا رہے ہیں وہ منصف اعلیٰ کے کردار کو بھی مشکوک بناتے ہیں۔ چار سو ملازموں پر مشتمل کمپنی کا پتہ چیف جسٹس ہاوزاور ارسلان کے پاس سرکاری بلیو پاسپورٹ ہونا ایسے معاملات ہیں جن کے بارے میں منصف اعلیٰ اگر لاعلمی کا اظہار کرتے ہیں تو پھر وہ ’بھولے بادشاہ‘ ہیں۔
جسٹس افتخار چوہدری کی سربراہی میں پاکستان کی عدلیہ انتظامی، تفتیشی اور حتیٰ کہ آئین سازی کا اختیار بھی اپنے پاس مجتمع کرنے کے راستے پر گامزن ہے۔ قانون کی بالادستی کے نام پر جسٹس افتخار اور ان کے بھائی بند جج اپنی مہم جوئی میں ملک کو عملی طور ایک ایسی صورتحال کی طرف لے کر جا رہے ہیں جہاں قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں سمیت کسی بھی ادارے پر نہ عوام کا اعتماد ہوگا اور نہ خوف، یہ صرف اور صرف اناکی (anarchy) کا نسخہ ہے۔ گلیاں ہو جان سنجیاں

Only then will his Chief Justice Pappa arrange a good investigation which will exonerate the son Dr. Arsalan. As a compensation, I suggest that the Supreme Court should declare the Quaid’s mauseleum as a subsidiary office for Dr. Arsalan’s business interests. This way, both Chief Justice house and Quaid’s mauseleum will be connected by being the office address of Ibne Iftikhar. Minar-e-Pakistan should be relocated to the Chief Justice’s official residence to remind the people of the power of the illustrius political clan of Hazrat Iftikhar Chaudhry (HIC). As a true representative of the electorate of Pakistan, HIC and Ibne Iftikhar should also be awarded the following in the next budget
1. Use of Bullet proof Mercedes for attending rallies, Jalsas, speeches and weddings
2. Fleet of regular Mercedes, BMWs and security entourage for when Ibne Iftikhar needs a coffee break from his exhaustive and legitimate business interests
(Wait, I have just been informed that first 2 conditions have already been somewhat fulfilled. Jazakallah!)
3. Free italian coffee for the staff of Ibne Iftikhar’s firms and companies courtesy of Riaz Thekedar aka Malik Riaz -no relation to me especially after his press conference.
This way, Ibne Iftikhar will not have to waste time and go out in the heat to Gloria Jeans everytime he feels the need for a caffeine break.
4. A third residential-cum commercial plot (atleast 30 acres like HIK’s tiny house) for HIC and Ibne Iftikhar and other Uncle Judges and especially Registrar Legend Faqir Hussain.
5. Full use of the Parliament House, Raiwand, “90″, Bani Gala Hut of Hazrat Imran Khan, Karachi University campus, Punjab University campus, LUMS campus, and other public and private locations for the various companies, trusts, shell companies and subsidiaries of Pakistan’s greatest businessman, Dr. Arsalan Iftikhar.
6. Fully paid up 2nd, 3rd and 4th weddings for Dr. Arsalan to be provided in the next budget so he does not have to feel embarassed when he goes to Monte Carlo Scientific Forum without Nikahnama.
7. Free stationary to all Petitioners who can lodge petitions against Bhutto Zardari Party (BZP)
All facilities to be provided tax free ofcourse – just like Ibne Iftikhar’s recent NILL tax declarations of travel expenses. This is why real Pious Patriotic Puttar (PPP) like PML N and PTI are fully supportive of HIC, Ibne Iftikhar, Uncle Judges and Legendary Registrar Faqir Hussain.

Pakistan itself has accepted the defeat by Taliban , but even when America wants to finish the terrorism selectively through drones then Pakistan does not feel good and complain. So actually Pakistan wants that itslef it is a failed state already , and other countries like America should also behave like failed states. In pakistan there is no justice or any value for the life of innocent men, women, children, soldiers , even mosques , and schools , and Pakistan expects that other countries should also not give value to the death of their citizens . All over the world the countries came up with new laws to deal with terrorism except pakistani parliament which was busy lootong and protecting zardari's loot. So this idiot keeps blaming the court and telling lies with existing laws it is very difficult to convict terrorists. So barking dog should tell his master (zardari) to get some laws to convict terrorists but it is too late the next govt. of PTI inshaallah will make laws and ensure all lootayraas are behind bars.

نام افتخار محمد چوہدری، میٹرک تھرڈ ڈویژن، انٹرمیڈیٹ دوبار فیل (پاس کرنے کا کوئی ریکارڈ دستیاب نہیں ہوسکا کہ کہاں سے کیا۔ فقط ایک بیان حلفی موجود ہے جس میں چیف صاحب معترف ہیں کہ وہ انٹرمیڈیٹ میں دو مرتبہ فیل ہوئے تھے لیکن بعد میں گریجویشن کرلیا) بی اے تھرڈ ڈویژن ، جائے پیدائش مشکوک، ان کے اپنے بیان کے مطابق وہ کوئٹہ میں پیدا ہوے جبکہ معتبر ذرائع جائے پیدائش لائیل پور (فیصل آباد ) بتاتے ہیں۔ ایل ایل بی کا امتحان جامشورو سندھ سے پاس کیا۔ 1989میں وزیراعلیٰ بلوچستان جناب اکبر بگٹی مرحوم نے انہیں بلوچستان کے کوٹہ پر ایڈوکیٹ جنرل مقرر کیا ۔قسمت کی دیوی یہیں سے مہربان ہونا شروع ہوئی۔ اپریل 1999میں چیف جسٹس بلوچستان مقرر کئے گئی۔
پی سی او کے تحت حلف
جنوری 2000میں ڈکٹیٹر پرویز مشرف نے پی سی او کے تحت ججوں سے حلف لینا چاہا تو چیف جسٹس سعید الزمان صدیقی سمیت چار ججوں نے انکار کردیا اور مستعفی ہوگئی۔ چوہدری صاحب کی گویا لاٹری نکل آئی ۔ بھولے بھالے افتخار چوہدری نے مشرف کو ’’یس باس ‘‘ کہا اور سپریم کورٹ کے جسٹس مقرر ہوگئی۔ 2005میں مشرف نے انھیں بہتر خدمات کے عوض چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان مقرر کیا۔
کرپشن کے الزامات اور معطلی
2007میں چوہدری صاحب کو کرپشن ،اقربا پروری اور سینئر وکلاء و ججوں کے ساتھ بدسلوکی کے الزامات پر معطل کردیا گیا۔ یہ ملکی تاریخ کا پہلا واقعہ تھا۔اور اس میں بھی بنیادی وجہ ’’ارسلان چوہدری‘‘ ہی بنا۔ جنرل الیکشن کے بعد 24مارچ 2008کو یوسف رضا گیلانی نے بطور وزیراعظم پاکستان کا حلف اٹھایا اور پہلے ہی دن چوہدری صاحب کی ہائوس اریسٹ سے رہائی کا حکم جاری کیا۔ بطور چیف جسٹس ان کی بحالی کے لیے اعتزاز احسن ، حامد خان ، علی احمد کرد، منیر اے ملک، اور عاصمہ جہانگیر نے تحریک چلائی ۔بدقسمتی سے یہ تمام کردار آج ’’چوہدری گردی‘‘ کا شکار ہیں۔
ارسلان کے کارنامے
حضرت ارسلان چوہدری صاحب کے بڑے صاحبزادے اور میجر جنرل ضیاء الحق کے داماد ہیں ۔ والد گرامی کے نقش قدم پر چلتے ہوئے انٹرمیڈیٹ میں ’’سی‘‘ گریڈ حاصل کیااور چیف منسٹر کے کوٹہ سے بولان میڈیکل کالج کوئٹہ میں داخل ہوئی۔ جون 2005میں میڈیکل آفیسر تعنیات ہوئی۔ والد گرامی کی سفارش پر صرف 26روز کے اندر محکمہ صحت میں سیکشن آفیسر مقرر ہوگئی۔ محض چند روز بعد ’’ڈاکٹر صاحب‘‘ نے ڈاکٹری اور محکمہ صحت کو خیرباد کیا اور ’’ابا جی زندہ باد‘‘ کا نعرہ لگاتے ہوئے اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر ایف آئی اے مقرر کرا دیے گئی۔ جہاں عام آفیسر 10سال بعد بھی ترقی کی راہ تکتا اور دعائیں مانگتا ہے یہ ’’ہونہار‘‘ سپوت ایک سال سے بھی کم عرصہ میں میرٹ کی دھجیاں اور آئین و قانون کو ہوا میں اڑاتے ہوئے گریڈ 18میں ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایف آئے اے مقرر کیاگیااور وہاں سے نیشنل پولیس اکیڈمی میں ٹریننگ کے لیے بھیج دیا گیا۔ یاد رہے کہ یہ تمام حقائق سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل ریفرنسمیں موجود ہیں اور انہیں پر ارسلان کو استعفیٰ دینا پڑا تھا

فرزند ارجمند کی حرام ذرائع اور دوسروں کا حق غضب کرکے حاصل کی جانے والی نوکری ختم ہوجانے کے بعد بھی چوہدری جی نے کوئی نصیحت حاصل نہ کی ۔ اور اب اسے راتوں رات کروڑ پتی بنوانے کی ٹھانی ۔ اس ’’کارخیر‘‘ کے لیے ملک ریاض کا انتخاب کیا گیا۔’’فضل ربی‘‘ نے اپنا کام دکھایا اور’’رحمت‘‘ کے خزانے برسنے لگی۔ ملک ریاض نے آخر کار وہی کیا جو شکرہ بلبلوں کے ساتھ کرتا ہی۔ اور آج اسی حرام کی سیاہی ملے باپ بیٹا دونوں عبرت کا نشان بن گئی۔
قلمکاروں کی فنکاریاں
جسٹس ڈوگر نے ایک مسئلہ پر بیٹی کی سفارش کی۔ انصار عباسی جیسے رائٹ ونگ کے کالم نگاروں کا’’اسلام‘‘ فوری حرکت میں آیا۔ ڈوگر عدالت کے خطابات دیئے گئے اور اولاد کے اعلمال سے صرف نظر کرنے کی مذمت میں آیات عذاب اور احادیث کی بارش برسنے لگی۔اور آج جب افتخار صاحب کی پے درپے سفارشوں اور ہوس زر نے بیٹے کو ڈاکٹر سے مجرم بنادیا ہے تو نہ صرف وہ تمام آیات و احادیث فراموش کردی گئی بلکہ الٹا چوہدری صاحب کو ’’خلیفہ‘‘ بنانے کی سعی لا حاصل جاری و ساری ہی۔ ایک اور مسخرہ کردار ایکسپریس کا لکھاری جاوید چوہدری ہے ’’قلم برائے فروخت‘‘ کا اشتہار سجائے یہ صاحب ایک دن کالم ملک ریاض کے حق میں اور دوسرے دن چوہدری صاحب کے حق میں لکھتے ہیں ۔

(c) Why the famous 42 allegations labelled against him and his son in 2007 were never investigated because till the time he is not equitted he would remain an accused.

We fully support all the voice of Mazloomeen of Pakistan (inside and outside Pakistan) against failed policies of Pakistani government and silent role Pakistan’s Judiciary on Shia killings. Refer to the incident, dated 28th May (International Jurist Award) where a Pakistani student raised his voice and stood against chief justice of Pakistan and recorded his protest. We would like to say that due to your lack of interest in Shia killings, the hatred in our nation against silent judiciary is increasing day by day. I am quite sure that it will initiate a “Tehreek” against Pakistani judiciary if they fail to punish the terrorists and put the ban on their organizations such as ASWJ-SSP and DPC
We would like to recall you the case of Waheeda Shah (we fully support your action), where a Sue Motto Action was taken just for a single slap on “presiding officer’s face”, and finally candidate was disqualified. Could we ask you please why a Sue Motto Action is never taken on killings of innocent shias of Pakistan in Quetta, Gilgit, Parachinar, Karachi, Lahore and all others areas of Pakistan?
Mr.Cheif Justice,
Pakistan’s current judiciary has shown its biased role towards terrorists and killers in Pakistan (e.g. 1- release of Malik Ishaq who openly accepted his killings in court, 2- support of PMLN backed ASWJ-SSP organization), our country will become an ideal place for terrorists from all over the world.
In the end, we would like to recall you a verse from Quran about the real day of judgment,
And warn them, [O Muhammad], of the Approaching Day, when hearts are at the throats, filled [with distress]. For the wrongdoers there will be no devoted friend and no intercessor [who is] obeyed. (Ghaafir 40:18)
If Pakistan’s judiciary will not take the unabated Genocide of Shias of Pakistan seriously, be read for the day when all of the Mazloomeen wouldfile a case against you on the day of judgment. On that day Allah will be the Judge.
