Every one is giving opinion and it is unfortunate that some of top scientists of Pakistan are discussing this topic in tv programs as layman. In science, things are not impossible even history proves this. But those scientists are using non professional language and are saying that this man is fraud, he should be put behind the bars. I think laymen should say like this but not scientists. They should only talk about logic and scientific seasonings.
Being a researcher in the area of automotive engineering, one can prove if the system works or not.

i am fear to say that i have recently develop an experiment water kit for bike and it successful but not on pure water but 60 percent water and 40 percent petrol. but i am working on this kit further to improve and develop a mechanism without consuming more energy we convert water into hydrogen and use as fuel. After this experiment i am sure that Agha waqar somewhat fraud he tried to take the credit/fame of other instead of solid experiment or make improvement in his kit.the result is he is in jail.

It was expected. On his last show with Hamid Mir on 29 August , the scientist Dr. pervaiz hudbhai said " he should be put into jail" , So they did it.
