i think PIA did a big mistake but media should not show this news like they r showing, just only for their channel papularity, what is going on with Pakistanis on north amrican countries, when they see pakistani passport, Green Passport then their game start and they play with pakistanis for hour in different wayss. where is our media, very very big issue in burma thousand of muslims Shaheed in burma where was/is our media, is this a big news one french lady was sleeping and by mistake she come back to pakistan. so what, she will go back again, we r showing the world we r nothing our airlines r worst in the world.

this is the responsibility of the flight attendants incharge and foremost of the captain of the aircraft. total shameless crew. My mother came to canada in business class on PIA and needed a wheel chair on arrival (mentioned on the ticket) but the whole crew went off the aircraft without ensuring that my mother got the wheel chair, so after waiting for one hour for wheel chair the whole crew gone she had to walk with the help of a cleaning lady(local canadian) to the terminal. Shameless PIA crew. I work for Air Canada and our captain and flight attendants don't leave the aircraft till all passengers have left the aircraft safely. Ex-Airforce chiel now head of PIA should make this compulsory for PIA cabin crew to stay on board till every passenger has left the aircraft after arrival.
