secondly if someone can answer regarding those who did not get laptops. isn’t this increasing the gulf between a performer and a non performer. How can one who couldn’t perform (due to domestic problem or lower IQ) compete and improve if he is deprived by the tools that the performers have. Instead of focusing on 24 hours generators backed IT labs (so those who work hard can compete) the laptop distribution is one of the major discriminatory policy i have seen. the result will only be that non performers would only continue be left behind.

کوئی انہیں اس قدر تاریکی میں بھی دیکھ سکتا ہے۔الّو نے کہا کہ اچھا تم خرگوش ہو! ذرا میری بات تو سنو ۔دونوں ڈر کے مارے وہاں سے بھاگ کھڑے ہوئے۔ صبح ہوتے ہی دونوں نے تمام جنگل کے جانوروں اور پرندوں میں یہ مشہور کر دیا کہ فلاں درخت پر ایک الّو رہتا ہے جو ناصرف عقلمند اور دانا ہے بلکہ رات کی تاریکی میں بھی دور ، دور تک دیکھ سکتا ہے۔ہمیں اسے اپنا لیڈر منتخب کر لینا چاھئیے ۔لومڑی نے کہا ٹہرو پہلے مجھے تصدیق کر لینے دو۔ اگلی شب لومڑی اسی درخت کے نیچے پہنچی اور الّو سے پوچھا اچھا بتاؤ میں کون ہوں؟ الّو نے فوراً کہا لومڑی!
پھر لومڑی نے پوچھا اچھا اب یہ بتاؤ کہ میں نے کتنے پنجے اٹھائے ہوئے ہیں۔الّو نے جواب دیا دو۔ جواب بالکل درست تھا۔اب لومڑی حیرت زدہ ہانپتی ،کانپتی اگلی صبح جنگل کے پرندوں اور جانوروں تک پہنچی اور تصدیق کی کہ واقعی الّو بڑا دانا اور مدبر ہے ہمیں اسے اپنا لیڈر منتخب کرلینا چاھیئے ۔ایک بوڑھے بگلے نے پوچھا کہ کیا یہ الّو دن کی روشنی میں بھی دیکھ سکتا ہے؟ تمام جانور اور پرندے بے اختیار ہنسنے لگے کیا بے ہودہ سوال ہے ارے بڑے میاں اگر کوئی رات کی تاریکی میں دیکھ سکتا ہے تو دن کے اجالے میں کیوں نہیں؟
اب سب نے متفقہ فیصلہ کیا کہ ہمیں الّو کو اپنا راہنما منتخب کر لینا چاہیئے ۔چنانچہ جنگل کے تمام جانور اور پرندے ایک جماعت کی شکل میں الّو کے پاس پہنچے اور درخواست کی کہ وہ ان سب کا قائد اور رہنما بن جائے کیونکہ وہی سب سے زیادہ دانا اور مدبر ہے
