I hope, when PTI comes in government, they will celebrate one EID in whole country. These sold rulers can't do this.Muslims in Saudia, Gulf, Afghanistan, KPK, US, EU celebrate Eid on Sunday, while only Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan will fast roza on sunday…unbelievable…its only because of government sponsored and sold Mufti Muneeb.

Ghamidi saheb did not that say that keep the Islam and Science apart, but he said that Science is itself a part of Islam as a deen and there is no differences between these.
Islam encourages to learn and utilize Science, therefore Ghamidi saheb suggested this matter to (muslim) astronomical experts to decide, as we have engaged mechanical or electronic engineers to decide about the time of the day by inventing watches etc.

EID MUBARAK to all those Pakistani Muslims who are celebrating EID on Sunday in various parts of the country.
Once again the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee did not take into account the witnesses reports confirming the sighting of the moon coming from every part of the province. 23 reports for sighting of Shawwal moon were received from eyewitnesses in various parts of the province including Dera Islmail Khan, Bannu and Bajaur etc .

This is hadis that watch the moon and celebrate eid so it cant be done by scientific calculations as it will be against sunnah, astronomy calculations are haraam in Islam. However if moon was sighted in KPK whole pakistan should celebrate eid. Also the calculated birth of moon happens about few hours before it can be seen so the calculated moon sighting is wrong and goes gainst the hadis. Dont have to fight about it do your eid as per your maslak. Pakistan is majority hanafi maslak and it goes by viewing the moon in one specified zone so if KPK has shahadat then whole Pakistan should follow them if not then why they formed provincial ruet-e-hilal committees?
Science is not something which is the invention of west.
It is the universal laws of Allah created in the universe by Allah and discovered by human beings with intellectual brain.
Science is according to Allah commands.
We need to develop a calender on the basis of birth of moon which is according to science and observe it in the whole world to make unanimous decision. There is no other way to make unanimous decisions except we follow our center Makkah.
The most logical way is to believe on science and make a 200 years calender on the basis of moon birth and implement it. Now a days you can calculate moon birth for the next 200 and 300 years.
When science is also creation of Allah then why not we observe it.
We observe our prayer timings on science invented clock but for Eid and Ramadan we like to see the moon.
It is not a difficult issue which would not be bale to resolve. Education is the main thing and our Ulema are unfortunately not well educated.

At least 100 people have sighted the shawal moon today in KPK and the zonal royat hilal commetee recorded the witnesses, but the federal Royat hilal comette dismissed all the witnesses as the belong to KPK and were actually Pushtoons (shear racial discrimination)….even member of parliament from JUI have sighted the moon…but i dont know whymufti muneeb in denyal moo….????????

I like what Khurshid Shah has said – religion is a person’s personal matter and state should not have any concern with that .. if Waziristan people want to follow someone who has sited the moon then it is their choice .. their sawab or Gunah is on their leaders .. religion should not be imposed on others .. and in the same way the rout-e-hilal committee does not have any logic of existence .. the state should not indulge in people’s private belief.
