Bhai, Ye mat dekho k kon keh raha he. . .Ye dekho k kia keh raha he. . CJ is not a Wali or Peghamber, Off course he kept silent on the corruption of his son, ethically he should ve resigned. Hum log sirf Jazbati hayn. . PAk mein sirf Zardari hi aik ganda aadmi nae he. .This CJ is also responsible of current unrest in Pakistan.
I agree that in ISLAM everybody is equal and has to pay for his crimes does not matter how big he/she is.
Do you not wonder why Zardari is trying to be above the law? So whoever committed the crime first should face the music first as well. I m pretty sure that you would agree that zardari should follow suit and should waive all his rights as a president and resign and take on all the cases against him at home and abroad. All things aside – I hate this swine faisal raza Abidi — but his content what he says needs to be looked in to . Why in the hell charges laid out in reference by musharaff not investigated / probed ? Musharaff is a bad man — but what about a Chief Justice — should his character and dealings be DUBIOUS –SHOULD HIS CONDUCT BE DUBIOUS RAISING QUESTIONS about him. A common man can afford to be DUBIOUS but NOT HIGHEST CHAIR GIVING "INSAAF" –should be clean –IS HE ?? I do not like this loud mouth Faisal Raza Abidi but he has many valid proofs against Arslan and his father C/J Iftikhar Choudhry. We cannot ignore these allegations against a Chief Justice of the country who is supposed to be clean, fair, noncontroversial and non bias.
Faisal Raza Abidi challenged and brought serious allegations against the most powerful man in Pakistan, I wonder why Chief Justice is not taking any action against him if the accusations are not true.
Everyone appears to be afraid of Chief Justice, anchors, reporters, newspapers and Politicians are terrified of even talking about the Chief Justice.
I ask and dare the media to speak the truth, they must invite Arslan and Iftikhar Choudhry on the show to clarify their positions.
Funny Part is that i personally don't like PPP nor Faisal Raza Abadi. This Qoom has been officially Munafiq! Because CJ cannot face the truths that Abdi has been raising about this PCO judge. IMC is a PCO judge and his son is corrupt and his son has made millions using his dad’s position. IMC was made judge on Balauch’s quote (while he is Punjabi) and his son got job on Baluch’s quote and was transferred from Secretariat Group to Police group.
IMC will not call Abdi since he (IMC) do not have any answers to Abdi questions. Why are you so interested in some body parts of a man.

I am not intrested in body parts it’s hatred I express and u seem a bit thick who does not understand the diffrence between interest and annoyance. How can u defend world renowned Mr 10% now 90% who killed his own wife? How can u defend the most corrupt PM in history who is such shameless that he taught his children how to steel, loot and do corruption, u r defending this beghairat abidi who lived in PC for over a year on tax payers money. Whatever you have written above is also allegations and no more than that. If allegations are against PPP then those are truth and allegations against IMC are allegations. Isn't it what is called double standard. If you are actually a doctor, please take your bias out. Also please show some courage and use your actual name pl do not hide behind your screen name.

جنوری 2000میں ڈکٹیٹر پرویز مشرف نے پی سی او کے تحت ججوں سے حلف لینا چاہا تو چیف جسٹس سعید الزمان صدیقی سمیت چار ججوں نے انکار کردیا اور مستعفی ہوگئی۔ چوہدری صاحب کی گویا لاٹری نکل آئی ۔ بھولے بھالے افتخار چوہدری نے مشرف کو ’’یس باس ‘‘ کہا اور سپریم کورٹ کے جسٹس مقرر ہوگئی۔ 2005میں مشرف نے انھیں بہتر خدمات کے عوض چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان مقرر کیا۔
کرپشن کے الزامات اور معطلی
2007میں چوہدری صاحب کو کرپشن ،اقربا پروری اور سینئر وکلاء و ججوں کے ساتھ بدسلوکی کے الزامات پر معطل کردیا گیا۔ یہ ملکی تاریخ کا پہلا واقعہ تھا۔اور اس میں بھی بنیادی وجہ ’’ارسلان چوہدری‘‘ ہی بنا۔ جنرل الیکشن کے بعد 24مارچ 2008کو یوسف رضا گیلانی نے بطور وزیراعظم پاکستان کا حلف اٹھایا اور پہلے ہی دن چوہدری صاحب کی ہائوس اریسٹ سے رہائی کا حکم جاری کیا۔ بطور چیف جسٹس ان کی بحالی کے لیے اعتزاز احسن ، حامد خان ، علی احمد کرد، منیر اے ملک، اور عاصمہ جہانگیر نے تحریک چلائی ۔بدقسمتی سے یہ تمام کردار آج ’’چوہدری گردی‘‘ کا شکار ہیں

فرزند ارجمند کی حرام ذرائع اور دوسروں کا حق غضب کرکے حاصل کی جانے والی نوکری ختم ہوجانے کے بعد بھی چوہدری جی نے کوئی نصیحت حاصل نہ کی ۔ اور اب اسے راتوں رات کروڑ پتی بنوانے کی ٹھانی ۔ اس ’’کارخیر‘‘ کے لیے ملک ریاض کا انتخاب کیا گیا۔’’فضل ربی‘‘ نے اپنا کام دکھایا اور’’رحمت‘‘ کے خزانے برسنے لگی۔ ملک ریاض نے آخر کار وہی کیا جو شکرہ بلبلوں کے ساتھ کرتا ہی۔ اور آج اسی حرام کی سیاہی ملے باپ بیٹا دونوں عبرت کا نشان بن گئی۔
قلمکاروں کی فنکاریاں
جسٹس ڈوگر نے ایک مسئلہ پر بیٹی کی سفارش کی۔ انصار عباسی جیسے رائٹ ونگ کے کالم نگاروں کا’’اسلام‘‘ فوری حرکت میں آیا۔ ڈوگر عدالت کے خطابات دیئے گئے اور اولاد کے اعلمال سے صرف نظر کرنے کی مذمت میں آیات عذاب اور احادیث کی بارش برسنے لگی۔اور آج جب افتخار صاحب کی پے درپے سفارشوں اور ہوس زر نے بیٹے کو ڈاکٹر سے مجرم بنادیا ہے تو نہ صرف وہ تمام آیات و احادیث فراموش کردی گئی بلکہ الٹا چوہدری صاحب کو ’’خلیفہ‘‘ بنانے کی سعی لا حاصل جاری و ساری ہی۔ ایک اور مسخرہ کردار ایکسپریس کا لکھاری جاوید چوہدری ہے ’’قلم برائے فروخت‘‘ کا اشتہار سجائے یہ صاحب ایک دن کالم ملک ریاض کے حق میں اور دوسرے دن چوہدری صاحب کے حق میں لکھتے ہیں ۔
ادھر مال اور ادھر اختیار دل نہ اسے چھوڑنے پر آمادہ نہ اسے
اسدا للہ غالب صاحب اس دوڑ میں جاوید چوہدری سے بھی آگے نکل گئے ۔ سعودی کرنل نے ائیرپورٹ پر سیکورٹی سٹاف آفیسر کو گالی دی اور احتجاج پر زناٹے دار تھپڑ جڑ دیا ۔ سیکورٹی آفیسرنے جوابا قومی غیرت کا بھرپور ثبوت دیااور عربی کرنل صاحب کے کھنے سینک دیئے ۔ اس پر غالب صاحب نے اتنے کالم لکھے کہ خود سعودیوں کو شرم آگئی اور انھوں نے کالم نگار کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ اب غاقلب صاحب ملک ریاض کو ایدھی سے تشبیہ دے رہے ہیں اور امید ہے کہ ملک صاحب بھی ان کا ٹھیک ٹھاک شکریہ ادا کریں گی۔

Iftikhar Chaudhry has distorted the very concept of democracy by ousting a prime minister from his office. This is similar to what armed forces do when they bring in a coup.
If an intellectually weak person is given unrestricted power, he or she can wreak havoc of the whole system. If a criminal’s crimes are forgotten, and an assumption is made that he’ll never repeat his old crimes, such an assumption is naive. Furthermore, it’s more naive to believe that a person, who came into power on army’s and (Punjabi) establishment’s payroll, will execute justice without prejudice.
Iftikhar Chaudhry in his three and a half year tenure has proved that he is incapable of understanding democracy, justice, and rule of law.
He made a mockery of justice when he started taking Suo Motto notices on petty issue. Self-motivated legal actions were taken on issues like a woman secretly possessing alcohol and I.G traffic was called into the court because of traffic problems inIslamabad. He made a mockery of justice by addressing corruption allegation which were against PPP, while the Punjabi PML(N) was never questioned. The Chief Justice never took a Suo Motto on Shareef’s six billion rupees corruption, he never asked about the ”Qarz utaro Mulk Sawaro” money which was collected by PM Shareef during his second tenure.
Iftikhar Chaudhry also sidelined the Mehran bank scandal because it was a shame for the Army and as well as PML(N). The case pertaining to his corrupt son is now hanging in NAB. Nobody dares to speak against him. The chief justice made a mockery of justice when they only took action against Wahida Shah, while the election commission was never asked about their irresponsibility.
As far as democracy is concerned, The Chief Justice of Injustice has no knowledge as to what democracy is all about. I guess he is also one of those ‘Jali degree wala judge’ (judge with a false degree), having no knowledge regarding the constitutional hierarchy of power. Fortunately, it’s never late to know the truth. Please learn something from your counterpart in India. Here is an apt advice from Justice Markandey Katju regarding the unconstitutional behaviour of the Supreme Court:
“……I therefore fail to understand how proceedings on corruption charges (which are clearly of a criminal nature) can be instituted or continued against the Pakistani President.
Moreover, how can the court remove a Prime Minister? This is unheard of in a democracy. The Prime Minister holds office as long he has the confidence of Parliament, not the confidence of the Supreme Court.
I regret to say that the Pakistani Supreme Court, particularly its Chief Justice, has been showing utter lack of restraint. This is not expected of superior courts. In fact the court and its Chief Justice have been playing to the galleries for long. It has clearly gone overboard and flouted all canons of constitutional jurisprudence.”

A democratically elected prime minister can only be removed through the parliament. The prime minister epitomizes the will of the people, this ‘will’ can only be nullified through the same office that bestows him this power.
Moreover, Iftikhar Chaudhry’s recent decision of nullifying a law passed by the parliament is incomprehensible in any parliamentary democracy. Parliament has the power to call a male, a female and vice versa. Parliament defines the will of the people, it has the power to make laws and abrogate them.
If he wants to become the Ameer-ul-Momineen, who makes all decision by himself, he should leave his office and start a revolution.
It should be noted that there is nothing such a “good laws” or “bad laws”. It is the people’s majority that gives the parliament the power to make new laws. When laws fulfil their purpose, they automatically go into oblivion. Iftikhar Chaudhry must understand that he’s just an individual; he has no authority to nullify the consent of the majority. I’ll suggest him to read an Idiot’s guide to Democracy.
Rule of Law appears to be a factitious idea in our contemporary Supreme Court. The chief justice’s son case is in NAB, while a true Pakistani like Hussain Haqqani is tagged as a traitor. Nawaz Shareef’s corruption cases are sidelined, while Chaudhry tries to dysfunction PPP’s government everyday.
All in all, Iftikhar Chaudhry has lost all moral grounds to remain Pakistan’s chief justice. The sooner he leaves the office, the better for the state.
I think there has been a transformation in CJ's life and these things belong to his past else its hard to understand why would he take on a military dictator if wanted to take advantage or achieve financial gains of his position. His son seems to be a rotten egg though.

حضرت ارسلان چوہدری صاحب کے بڑے صاحبزادے اور میجر جنرل ضیاء الحق کے داماد ہیں ۔ والد گرامی کے نقش قدم پر چلتے ہوئے انٹرمیڈیٹ میں ’’سی‘‘ گریڈ حاصل کیااور چیف منسٹر کے کوٹہ سے بولان میڈیکل کالج کوئٹہ میں داخل ہوئی۔ جون 2005میں میڈیکل آفیسر تعنیات ہوئی۔ والد گرامی کی سفارش پر صرف 26روز کے اندر محکمہ صحت میں سیکشن آفیسر مقرر ہوگئی۔ محض چند روز بعد ’’ڈاکٹر صاحب‘‘ نے ڈاکٹری اور محکمہ صحت کو خیرباد کیا اور ’’ابا جی زندہ باد‘‘ کا نعرہ لگاتے ہوئے اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر ایف آئی اے مقرر کرا دیے گئی۔ جہاں عام آفیسر 10سال بعد بھی ترقی کی راہ تکتا اور دعائیں مانگتا ہے یہ ’’ہونہار‘‘ سپوت ایک سال سے بھی کم عرصہ میں میرٹ کی دھجیاں اور آئین و قانون کو ہوا میں اڑاتے ہوئے گریڈ 18میں ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایف آئے اے مقرر کیاگیااور وہاں سے نیشنل پولیس اکیڈمی میں ٹریننگ کے لیے بھیج دیا گیا۔ یاد رہے کہ یہ تمام حقائق سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل ریفرنسمیں موجود ہیں اور انہیں پر ارسلان کو استعفیٰ دینا پڑا تھا

جسٹس ڈوگر نے ایک مسئلہ پر بیٹی کی سفارش کی۔ انصار عباسی جیسے رائٹ ونگ کے کالم نگاروں کا’’اسلام‘‘ فوری حرکت میں آیا۔ ڈوگر عدالت کے خطابات دیئے گئے اور اولاد کے اعلمال سے صرف نظر کرنے کی مذمت میں آیات عذاب اور احادیث کی بارش برسنے لگی۔اور آج جب افتخار صاحب کی پے درپے سفارشوں اور ہوس زر نے بیٹے کو ڈاکٹر سے مجرم بنادیا ہے تو نہ صرف وہ تمام آیات و احادیث فراموش کردی گئی بلکہ الٹا چوہدری صاحب کو ’’خلیفہ‘‘ بنانے کی سعی لا حاصل جاری و ساری ہی۔ ایک اور مسخرہ کردار ایکسپریس کا لکھاری جاوید چوہدری ہے ’’قلم برائے فروخت‘‘ کا اشتہار سجائے یہ صاحب ایک دن کالم ملک ریاض کے حق میں اور دوسرے دن چوہدری صاحب کے حق میں لکھتے ہیں ۔
ادھر مال اور ادھر اختیار دل نہ اسے چھوڑنے پر آمادہ نہ اسے
اسدا للہ غالب صاحب اس دوڑ میں جاوید چوہدری سے بھی آگے نکل گئے ۔ سعودی کرنل نے ائیرپورٹ پر سیکورٹی سٹاف آفیسر کو گالی دی اور احتجاج پر زناٹے دار تھپڑ جڑ دیا ۔ سیکورٹی آفیسرنے جوابا قومی غیرت کا بھرپور ثبوت دیااور عربی کرنل صاحب کے کھنے سینک دیئے ۔ اس پر غالب صاحب نے اتنے کالم لکھے کہ خود سعودیوں کو شرم آگئی اور انھوں نے کالم نگار کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ اب غاقلب صاحب ملک ریاض کو ایدھی سے تشبیہ دے رہے ہیں اور امید ہے کہ ملک صاحب بھی ان کا ٹھیک ٹھاک شکریہ ادا کریں گی۔

I do not like this loud mouth Faisal Raza Abidi but he has many valid proofs against Arslan and his father C/J Iftikhar Choudhry. We cannot ignore these allegations against a Chief Justice of the country who is supposed to be clean, fair, noncontroversial and non bias.
Faisal Raza Abidi challenged and brought serious allegations against the most powerful man in Pakistan, I wonder why Chief Justice is not taking any action against him if the accusations are not true.
Everyone appears to be afraid of Chief Justice, anchors, reporters, newspapers and Politicians are terrified of even talking about the Chief Justice.

Because CJ cannot face the truths that Abdi has been raising about this PCO judge. IMC is a PCO judge and his son is corrupt and his son has made millions using his dad’s position. IMC was made judge on Balauch’s quote (while he is Punjabi) and his son got job on Baluch’s quote and was transferred from Secretariat Group to Police group.
IMC will not call Abdi since he (IMC) do not have any answers to Abdi questions. Why are you so interested in some body parts of a man.

پی سی او کے تحت حلف
جنوری 2000میں ڈکٹیٹر پرویز مشرف نے پی سی او کے تحت ججوں سے حلف لینا چاہا تو چیف جسٹس سعید الزمان صدیقی سمیت چار ججوں نے انکار کردیا اور مستعفی ہوگئی۔ چوہدری صاحب کی گویا لاٹری نکل آئی ۔ بھولے بھالے افتخار چوہدری نے مشرف کو ’’یس باس ‘‘ کہا اور سپریم کورٹ کے جسٹس مقرر ہوگئی۔ 2005میں مشرف نے انھیں بہتر خدمات کے عوض چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان مقرر کیا۔
کرپشن کے الزامات اور معطلی
2007میں چوہدری صاحب کو کرپشن ،اقربا پروری اور سینئر وکلاء و ججوں کے ساتھ بدسلوکی کے الزامات پر معطل کردیا گیا۔ یہ ملکی تاریخ کا پہلا واقعہ تھا۔اور اس میں بھی بنیادی وجہ ’’ارسلان چوہدری‘‘ ہی بنا۔ جنرل الیکشن کے بعد 24مارچ 2008کو یوسف رضا گیلانی نے بطور وزیراعظم پاکستان کا حلف اٹھایا اور پہلے ہی دن چوہدری صاحب کی ہائوس اریسٹ سے رہائی کا حکم جاری کیا۔ بطور چیف جسٹس ان کی بحالی کے لیے اعتزاز احسن ، حامد خان ، علی احمد کرد، منیر اے ملک، اور عاصمہ جہانگیر نے تحریک چلائی ۔بدقسمتی سے یہ تمام کردار آج ’’چوہدری گردی‘‘ کا شکار ہیں

حضرت ارسلان چوہدری صاحب کے بڑے صاحبزادے اور میجر جنرل ضیاء الحق کے داماد ہیں ۔ والد گرامی کے نقش قدم پر چلتے ہوئے انٹرمیڈیٹ میں ’’سی‘‘ گریڈ حاصل کیااور چیف منسٹر کے کوٹہ سے بولان میڈیکل کالج کوئٹہ میں داخل ہوئی۔ جون 2005میں میڈیکل آفیسر تعنیات ہوئی۔ والد گرامی کی سفارش پر صرف 26روز کے اندر محکمہ صحت میں سیکشن آفیسر مقرر ہوگئی۔ محض چند روز بعد ’’ڈاکٹر صاحب‘‘ نے ڈاکٹری اور محکمہ صحت کو خیرباد کیا اور ’’ابا جی زندہ باد‘‘ کا نعرہ لگاتے ہوئے اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر ایف آئی اے مقرر کرا دیے گئی۔ جہاں عام آفیسر 10سال بعد بھی ترقی کی راہ تکتا اور دعائیں مانگتا ہے یہ ’’ہونہار‘‘ سپوت ایک سال سے بھی کم عرصہ میں میرٹ کی دھجیاں اور آئین و قانون کو ہوا میں اڑاتے ہوئے گریڈ 18میں ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایف آئے اے مقرر کیاگیااور وہاں سے نیشنل پولیس اکیڈمی میں ٹریننگ کے لیے بھیج دیا گیا۔ یاد رہے کہ یہ تمام حقائق سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل ریفرنسمیں موجود ہیں اور انہیں پر ارسلان کو استعفیٰ دینا پڑا تھا

قلمکاروں کی فنکاریاں
جسٹس ڈوگر نے ایک مسئلہ پر بیٹی کی سفارش کی۔ انصار عباسی جیسے رائٹ ونگ کے کالم نگاروں کا’’اسلام‘‘ فوری حرکت میں آیا۔ ڈوگر عدالت کے خطابات دیئے گئے اور اولاد کے اعلمال سے صرف نظر کرنے کی مذمت میں آیات عذاب اور احادیث کی بارش برسنے لگی۔اور آج جب افتخار صاحب کی پے درپے سفارشوں اور ہوس زر نے بیٹے کو ڈاکٹر سے مجرم بنادیا ہے تو نہ صرف وہ تمام آیات و احادیث فراموش کردی گئی بلکہ الٹا چوہدری صاحب کو ’’خلیفہ‘‘ بنانے کی سعی لا حاصل جاری و ساری ہی۔ ایک اور مسخرہ کردار ایکسپریس کا لکھاری جاوید چوہدری ہے ’’قلم برائے فروخت‘‘ کا اشتہار سجائے یہ صاحب ایک دن کالم ملک ریاض کے حق میں اور دوسرے دن چوہدری صاحب کے حق میں لکھتے ہیں ۔
ادھر مال اور ادھر اختیار دل نہ اسے چھوڑنے پر آمادہ نہ اسے
اسدا للہ غالب صاحب اس دوڑ میں جاوید چوہدری سے بھی آگے نکل گئے ۔ سعودی کرنل نے ائیرپورٹ پر سیکورٹی سٹاف آفیسر کو گالی دی اور احتجاج پر زناٹے دار تھپڑ جڑ دیا ۔ سیکورٹی آفیسرنے جوابا قومی غیرت کا بھرپور ثبوت دیااور عربی کرنل صاحب کے کھنے سینک دیئے ۔ اس پر غالب صاحب نے اتنے کالم لکھے کہ خود سعودیوں کو شرم آگئی اور انھوں نے کالم نگار کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ اب غاقلب صاحب ملک ریاض کو ایدھی سے تشبیہ دے رہے ہیں اور امید ہے کہ ملک صاحب بھی ان کا ٹھیک ٹھاک شکریہ ادا کریں گی۔

Iftikhar Chaudhry has distorted the very concept of democracy by ousting a prime minister from his office. This is similar to what armed forces do when they bring in a coup.
If an intellectually weak person is given unrestricted power, he or she can wreak havoc of the whole system. If a criminal’s crimes are forgotten, and an assumption is made that he’ll never repeat his old crimes, such an assumption is naive. Furthermore, it’s more naive to believe that a person, who came into power on army’s and (Punjabi) establishment’s payroll, will execute justice without prejudice.
Iftikhar Chaudhry in his three and a half year tenure has proved that he is incapable of understanding democracy, justice, and rule of law.
He made a mockery of justice when he started taking Suo Motto notices on petty issue. Self-motivated legal actions were taken on issues like a woman secretly possessing alcohol and I.G traffic was called into the court because of traffic problems inIslamabad. He made a mockery of justice by addressing corruption allegation which were against PPP, while the Punjabi PML(N) was never questioned. The Chief Justice never took a Suo Motto on Shareef’s six billion rupees corruption, he never asked about the ”Qarz utaro Mulk Sawaro” money which was collected by PM Shareef during his second tenure.
Iftikhar Chaudhry also sidelined the Mehran bank scandal because it was a shame for the Army and as well as PML(N). The case pertaining to his corrupt son is now hanging in NAB. Nobody dares to speak against him. The chief justice made a mockery of justice when they only took action against Wahida Shah, while the election commission was never asked about their irresponsibility.
As far as democracy is concerned, The Chief Justice of Injustice has no knowledge as to what democracy is all about. I guess he is also one of those ‘Jali degree wala judge’ (judge with a false degree), having no knowledge regarding the constitutional hierarchy of power. Fortunately, it’s never late to know the truth. Please learn something from your counterpart in India. Here is an apt advice from Justice Markandey Katju regarding the unconstitutional behaviour of the Supreme Court:

Iftikhar Chaudhry has distorted the very concept of democracy by ousting a prime minister from his office. This is similar to what armed forces do when they bring in a coup. A democratically elected prime minister can only be removed through the parliament. The prime minister epitomizes the will of the people, this ‘will’ can only be nullified through the same office that bestows him this power.
Moreover, Iftikhar Chaudhry’s recent decision of nullifying a law passed by the parliament is incomprehensible in any parliamentary democracy. Parliament has the power to call a male, a female and vice versa. Parliament defines the will of the people, it has the power to make laws and abrogate them.
If he wants to become the Ameer-ul-Momineen, who makes all decision by himself, he should leave his office and start a revolution.
It should be noted that there is nothing such a “good laws” or “bad laws”. It is the people’s majority that gives the parliament the power to make new laws. When laws fulfil their purpose, they automatically go into oblivion. Iftikhar Chaudhry must understand that he’s just an individual; he has no authority to nullify the consent of the majority. I’ll suggest him to read an Idiot’s guide to Democracy.
Rule of Law appears to be a factitious idea in our contemporary Supreme Court. The chief justice’s son case is in NAB, while a true Pakistani like Hussain Haqqani is tagged as a traitor. Nawaz Shareef’s corruption cases are sidelined, while Chaudhry tries to dysfunction PPP’s government everyday.
All in all, Iftikhar Chaudhry has lost all moral grounds to remain Pakistan’s chief justice. The sooner he leaves the office, the better for the state.

پی سی او کے تحت حلف
جنوری 2000میں ڈکٹیٹر پرویز مشرف نے پی سی او کے تحت ججوں سے حلف لینا چاہا تو چیف جسٹس سعید الزمان صدیقی سمیت چار ججوں نے انکار کردیا اور مستعفی ہوگئی۔ چوہدری صاحب کی گویا لاٹری نکل آئی ۔ بھولے بھالے افتخار چوہدری نے مشرف کو ’’یس باس ‘‘ کہا اور سپریم کورٹ کے جسٹس مقرر ہوگئی۔ 2005میں مشرف نے انھیں بہتر خدمات کے عوض چیف جسٹس آف پاکستان مقرر کیا۔
کرپشن کے الزامات اور معطلی
2007میں چوہدری صاحب کو کرپشن ،اقربا پروری اور سینئر وکلاء و ججوں کے ساتھ بدسلوکی کے الزامات پر معطل کردیا گیا۔ یہ ملکی تاریخ کا پہلا واقعہ تھا۔اور اس میں بھی بنیادی وجہ ’’ارسلان چوہدری‘‘ ہی بنا۔ جنرل الیکشن کے بعد 24مارچ 2008کو یوسف رضا گیلانی نے بطور وزیراعظم پاکستان کا حلف اٹھایا اور پہلے ہی دن چوہدری صاحب کی ہائوس اریسٹ سے رہائی کا حکم جاری کیا۔ بطور چیف جسٹس ان کی بحالی کے لیے اعتزاز احسن ، حامد خان ، علی احمد کرد، منیر اے ملک، اور عاصمہ جہانگیر نے تحریک چلائی ۔بدقسمتی سے یہ تمام کردار آج ’’چوہدری گردی‘‘ کا شکار ہیں۔
ارسلان کے کارنامے
حضرت ارسلان چوہدری صاحب کے بڑے صاحبزادے اور میجر جنرل ضیاء الحق کے داماد ہیں ۔ والد گرامی کے نقش قدم پر چلتے ہوئے انٹرمیڈیٹ میں ’’سی‘‘ گریڈ حاصل کیااور چیف منسٹر کے کوٹہ سے بولان میڈیکل کالج کوئٹہ میں داخل ہوئی۔ جون 2005میں میڈیکل آفیسر تعنیات ہوئی۔ والد گرامی کی سفارش پر صرف 26روز کے اندر محکمہ صحت میں سیکشن آفیسر مقرر ہوگئی۔ محض چند روز بعد ’’ڈاکٹر صاحب‘‘ نے ڈاکٹری اور محکمہ صحت کو خیرباد کیا اور ’’ابا جی زندہ باد‘‘ کا نعرہ لگاتے ہوئے اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر ایف آئی اے مقرر کرا دیے گئی۔ جہاں عام آفیسر 10سال بعد بھی ترقی کی راہ تکتا اور دعائیں مانگتا ہے یہ ’’ہونہار‘‘ سپوت ایک سال سے بھی کم عرصہ میں میرٹ کی دھجیاں اور آئین و قانون کو ہوا میں اڑاتے ہوئے گریڈ 18میں ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر ایف آئے اے مقرر کیاگیااور وہاں سے نیشنل پولیس اکیڈمی میں ٹریننگ کے لیے بھیج دیا گیا۔ یاد رہے کہ یہ تمام حقائق سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل ریفرنسمیں موجود ہیں اور انہیں پر ارسلان کو استعفیٰ دینا پڑا تھا

جسٹس ڈوگر نے ایک مسئلہ پر بیٹی کی سفارش کی۔ انصار عباسی جیسے رائٹ ونگ کے کالم نگاروں کا’’اسلام‘‘ فوری حرکت میں آیا۔ ڈوگر عدالت کے خطابات دیئے گئے اور اولاد کے اعلمال سے صرف نظر کرنے کی مذمت میں آیات عذاب اور احادیث کی بارش برسنے لگی۔اور آج جب افتخار صاحب کی پے درپے سفارشوں اور ہوس زر نے بیٹے کو ڈاکٹر سے مجرم بنادیا ہے تو نہ صرف وہ تمام آیات و احادیث فراموش کردی گئی بلکہ الٹا چوہدری صاحب کو ’’خلیفہ‘‘ بنانے کی سعی لا حاصل جاری و ساری ہی۔ ایک اور مسخرہ کردار ایکسپریس کا لکھاری جاوید چوہدری ہے ’’قلم برائے فروخت‘‘ کا اشتہار سجائے یہ صاحب ایک دن کالم ملک ریاض کے حق میں اور دوسرے دن چوہدری صاحب کے حق میں لکھتے ہیں ۔
ادھر مال اور ادھر اختیار دل نہ اسے چھوڑنے پر آمادہ نہ اسے
اسدا للہ غالب صاحب اس دوڑ میں جاوید چوہدری سے بھی آگے نکل گئے ۔ سعودی کرنل نے ائیرپورٹ پر سیکورٹی سٹاف آفیسر کو گالی دی اور احتجاج پر زناٹے دار تھپڑ جڑ دیا ۔ سیکورٹی آفیسرنے جوابا قومی غیرت کا بھرپور ثبوت دیااور عربی کرنل صاحب کے کھنے سینک دیئے ۔ اس پر غالب صاحب نے اتنے کالم لکھے کہ خود سعودیوں کو شرم آگئی اور انھوں نے کالم نگار کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ اب غاقلب صاحب ملک ریاض کو ایدھی سے تشبیہ دے رہے ہیں اور امید ہے کہ ملک صاحب بھی ان کا ٹھیک ٹھاک شکریہ ادا کریں گی۔
