I do agree that no money laundering happened, and there was no case of gambling either. However it is a fact that a major investment was put in a single investment relating to a board member who was also a member of the endowment fund committee. This is a clear conflict of interest situation and very bad investment policy. Imtiaz Hydri accepts that impairment has taken place which is now being compensated by other shareholders. The general intent of the endowment fund apparently is to protect SKMH operations against financial exigencies which in the current situation not possible. SKMH should accept this gross negligence and using good offices of Imriaz Hydri should try to liquidate this investment ASAP. Also they should formulate and disclose their investment policy for endowment fund to fully restore confidence of the donors. I don't cast any doubt on the person of Imran Khan but it is a clear opportunity to improve governance of SKMH which is very dear to me as well millions of people around the world. Thanks
