The girl in program is trying to be so called PUNK. Punk people tend to have such strange hair styles, piercing etc.

For me these are mentally sick people, who go for piercing to try to show that they are brave enough but anyways, these people are born like this and are totally diff from others.
In Pak we trying to adopt this western style because we love to show others how much modern and liberal we are and we adopt everything unique and different without even knowing what it is and who is that for.
