i would say Talat sahib:
1) truth is truth cant hide behind the finger, if Agha sahib or other electro-mechanical cell energy scientist & engineers become succeful to provide the services in small scale business as like Agha and mr Qamar will definetly proceeed in current energy crises so shall not be any hope that i see in this discussion.
2) yes it is fact in histoy loss was the part of this phenomenon but for those who are still even not successful in even mix-use of fuel and water.
3)as gas prices and elecricity are rising on local level to meet credit instituions interest pay back terms.only way out from this trouble is annovation and transformation encouragement from new people.
4) Raising head with proud among more than 200 countries is not easy.Pakistanis have fortune from nature do not having cost on weather effects as other part of the world like iceland. germany, norway, england , and more than 20 countries in the world that are batteling with weather circumstances of very below level tempratures and thy have to organise more energy and security cost to maintain it from stolen away or corrupted away.that we dont have bu good luck.

9)on launch of first electrical car from italian science as it is also against the old electric laws of 1700 century but today dream came true due to help of designing of other improved supportive raw material.

A Bold truth is, that many Theoretical Scientists and Ph.D’s are Jahil Ignorant who attach this invention with the "Law of Conservation of Energy" These Ph.D's are like that donkey of Noble Quran that is loaded with Books[Quran 62:5}. Agha’s Water-Kit is the greatest invention of mankind history & that invention has any no relation with the law of conservation of energy & Law of thermodynamics.
Law of Conservation says that energy neither be produced not destroyed but energy can be transformed from one form to other. In Agha’s Kit invention, neither Energy is being CREATED nor DESTROYED; therefore it in no way violates the Law of conservation of Energy or thermodynamics. It is just transforming chemical energy of water into heat energy and then after burning in engine to Mechanical energy. So simply, nothing is changed except that black Petrol has been replaced by White-Petrol[Water}. Black Petrol carries Hydrogen also and White-Petrol Water carries Hydrogen gas also. So any Ph.D or a so called scientists who says, that this inventions violates Law of conservation of Energy for sure he is telling lies to people. The main objection by some these Theoretical useless Ph.Ds is that car battery is unable to sustain the electrical supply to electrolysis unit of that invented KIT because as per these theorists, Energy produced by electrolysis will be less than the energy being consumed by battery and car will not run. But we all have seen that Car is running. That is itself Proof that what Theorists has assumed is incorrect otherwise car MUST NOT RUN but it runs in practice. This is the most important part of this invention. Now this objection of theoretical Ph.Ds seems correct if old conventional technique of electrolysis is used that need too much electric power to proceed. But Agha’s team has invented a new technique of Electrolysis which is core part of this invention. In Agha’s technique, he has used distilled water to make it dialectic between about 20 metallic plates & he put that unit in series RLC circuit that he managed/calculated to operate at resonance level that periodically produce millions of voltes, changes plates with distilled water’s dielectric into a very powerful capacitance. In that scenario, Water becomes unable to hold bond between H and OH irons and huge quantity of H & OH gases start to produce. To Sum up: That Water-kit of Agha team is indeed the greatest invention of mankind history. It will change whole globe and soon no one will be buying petrol. Engineer Agha Waqar is using Carbide with water to produce gas (acetylene gas) to run vehicle. They are commonly used in lamps etc.

Dr Samar Mubarakmand is the actual Nuclear Scientist……..but let me tell you, starting a fission reaction is nothing so amazing, even i can do that(just by bombarding Uranium with neutrons) controlling that reaction and making materials for computer systems and the whole body is much more critical and difficult than this, so, that is the reason Dr AQ Khan is praised much more that Dr Samar!!!

This is someone else's invention and they made exactly the same claims as Agha sahib. Now to say that Agha has come up with a better way to turn it into a perpetual motion machine is false because Agha has not demonstrated any knowledge or explanation of how he can do it where others have failed? The simple reason it cannot be done is that you cannot create more energy from electrical current than it is put into the creation of another form of energy.
Otherwise all you have to do is , make this Gas with electrical current , fill up the Cylindre and use it instead of CNG. Let Agha setup a plant like that. He will soon find out that he is spending more on electrical current – cost wise- to convert one form of energy into other.

This is all nonsense attitude of these ignorant so called “scientists” against a new invention.
1/ This is too early to try to find out the scientific explanations in the light of existed laws.
2/ First thing that is utmost important is to find out whether (a) the car is running on pure water or not? (b) any other thing is mixed in water or not? (c) any other fuel line is hidden or not? (d) car is running for continuous 8-12 hours on water only or not?
3/ if all above points are correct then we need to find out the reasons or scientific explanations if these are not true then there will be no need to find the law of thermodynamics as Atta ur Rehman is trying
Science has procedures to follow, it is not done on atta ur rehman “atkal pachu” style.
If someone said crow has taken away your ear then first confirm that ear is in place or not but atta ur rehman started to find out the color of the crow in science and history or crow, what a nonsense attitude.

" have been unable to to simply let us know that practically the Agha's car is running on 100 percent water or not? is there any hidden fuel line exists or not? what is the battery status (specific gravity of acid) before and after the run of car for about 8-12 hours.

This guy Agha is fooling people to make easy money
After reading the various comments in support of this Jahil dihati who calls himself engineer, I can only bang my head against a wall. Just because he showed an Alto or a Cultus drivng on a road with a water bottle on the roof doesn’t mean that the laws of thermodynamics can be changed by such jahil ganwar illiterate rural jahils. No wonder this country is in such a mess, education is a freaking joke here, thank you big brother province for producing such scientific minds. Everything aside, how can one believe that the car ran solely on the water kit during the demo and not on gasoline or CNG? The simplest test to prove or disprove this claim is to have the water kit power up an engine outside a vehicle (mounted on a test bench) with no other connected fuel feed. If it can run an engine in a car, it can run an engine out of it too. If Mr. Agha can prove that, he has achieved a scientific miracle and would deserve the accolades of the whole world.

When Water Kit Story was First broken in Hamid Mir's Program , I wrote the Comments below to make viewers cautious about unnecessary bragging and hence any future embarrassment to Pakistan , in case of any failure of the Agha Waqar Experiment But despite that many excited and childish viewers like " TruthSeeker " jumped up and down and labelled me as negative person . On top of that ZEM TV , darkened my comments for no good reason. So once again I am " copying and pasting" that old post to remind viewers to please not embarrass Pakistan further.
July 31 , 2012 . { All those who are very excited to see this new invention should calm down for the following reasons } .
(1) Lets suppose that Mr Agha Waqar drove the car by using pure water in the Kit . Don't take me wrong But it wont be any news or invention unless we answer some basic questions .
( 2) The first question is whether or not the process is Energy efficient to an acceptable or useful level. In simple words , Energy efficient means that the amount of efforts you put in the form of money , time and Material , still gives you results which is worth the efforts you are putting in it . For example it is possible to produce Pure Gold from some simple elements like Iron But the complex process ultimately costs you more than the value of gold you get . heheheh
( 3) If it is not energy efficient to meet some acceptable standards prevalent in toay's world of science and technology then the experiment will be completely useless because this is not some big invention Or ( even a small invention ) to make use of water for energy purposes . In other words , using water for energy ( the ability to do work ) is nothing new . What matters is to find what is behind that water in the Kit . For example , all the atomic reactors use water for producing electricity ( which can almost do any job like running cars, factories , machines , computers , motors etc Or can be stored for later use ) But the main thing behind that water is the Heat ( a form of energy ) produced through a nuclear process from the Uranium Rods dipped in a big pool of water surrounded by the reactor walls . The heated water gives steam , and the steam gives pressure which pushes i.e moves turbines or machines ( mechanical energy ). Once you get mechanical energy , you can always convert it into electrical energy and or back into heat energy . This whole process is expensive but it is energy efficient so it is used commercially .
( 4 ) Based on the history of science and technology , there is very very little chance that the process of Agha Waqar will have any revolutionary Value Or even commercial value , But we still have to give him the benefit of doubt and appreciate his efforts unless proved otherwise
(5) the sad part is such types of claims of getting a Short Cut to inventions usually end up in some form of Hoax or Fraud , or some scheme of earning money or some other publicity for business purposes etc.
( 6) So , Pakistani viewers , its O.K to appreciate the work But please don’t jump up and down and get excited like children and giving revolution type comments before we see some established good results of practical value , otherwise the world will laugh at us and it will be an embarrassment to know that we celebrated the experiment as a Breaking News But it ended up like making a new Toy. For example don’t put comments like some of us did ” Tamam Pakistanio ko Mubarak Ho ” , …. ” Sindh should not give it to Pathans , Punjab …. ” , etc etc ..
( 7 ) If it proves a big News , then already the world will be praising Agha Waqar so much , that we wont even need to stress this ,, But once again , the chances seems to be very Slim .

Secondly , my main purpose of comments was to caution some mentally retarded viewers like you , to not embarrass the rest of educated Pakistanis like us. rs11, dear you missed the point, the point is in past many experts, scientists, professionals, economists etc.etc. doubted about something but exactly opposite happened, like wise one should not discourage this poor guy who best to his knowledge believes he did something extra ordinary. He did drove a car by electrolysis or what ever, whether it's feasible or not, time will tell—
How could you discuss that complicated issue in a talk show. Just write your thesis and submit to the appropriate departments.
For example if I can run one mile in 10 minutes…does this mean that I will be able to run 6 miles in one hour and and 72 miles in 12 hours….NO. Because its not sustainable.

1.Agha waqar is big liar, first he said he is using pure distilled water. very first thing distilled water is non conductor of electricity.(electric current can not pass) now he admit he is putting salt also. now after reaction we get hydrogen+ water vapor +chlorine gas. another problem chlorine gas is highly corrosive it will react with iron parts in the engine and erode them.
2.Other thing what Dr Atta said it is against the law of thermodynamic.can not be economical.
3.One point they all missing the normal car engines are not design to run on hydrogen gas . Hydrogen gas is highly explosive it can back fire and explored the engine any time.In the engine cylinders excessive temperature will generate and after some time engine will damaged. the PVC tubing he is using very dangers fire hazard all the time.
4, Our media and other people how quickly they believe in false claim. that indicate our standard of education.
What turned me off the other day was not whether this young man who invented this "so called" electrolysis equipment to convert H2O into fuel. He could be right or wrong. What really saddened me was the fact that a guy like Dr.Atta came out with insensitivity, such hatred, spitting pure venom and insulting attitude against a young man referring to him as "FRAUD". How dare you, Mr.Atta!!!

I have seen people with High School degrees working at Nuclear facilities as engineers in USA and they would run a Pakistani engineer from any University of Pakistan down to embarrassment. What have our "SO CALLED" qualified engineers ever produced or invented?? (Exception Dr.Abdul Qadeer Khan and his respectful response of encouragement spoke about the character of a man). Here is USA Diploma Engineer is a big think and even experienced engineers with "no degrees" but many years of hands on is a big thing. You will find organizations where degree holder engineers work under diploma engineers simply because of his mental capability, leadership qualities and experience in the field. Nobody gives a crap about your degree. MBA's are working under VP sales who is a high school grad but delivers $50 Mil in sales alone. No one gets impressed by fancy power point presentations. Show me the money and keep your degrees at home. Pakistan has so many engineers and MBA's coming out like rabbits everyday but the more we produce the more we go down the drain. MBA's have screwed the banking system (Banks like HSBC are running away), Engineers have screwed institutions like Steel Mills, PIA, POF, where ever they are, the organization is a mess.
I give kudos to this young man from Khairpur and may the Almighty give him the courage to stand tall in front of jali pseudos like Dr.Atta (pains me to say that but I saw his true face for the first time). Any if this young man is bluffing, then God help him and may another young man from Khairpur one day find a solution to the world's energy crises. Amin!

Are we simply ignoring the fact that some Pakistani Eng'r stood up thinking and believing sincerely that he has done something which can contribute to take our country out of financial crisis, regardless the end result was not so-called financially viable. It is financially not viable because electricity we use to break water into HHO comes from our power plants run by expensive fuel.
If we can start using renewable energy resources to generate electricity such as SUN which Pakistan is extremely lucky to have a lot, can't we beat then this petroleum troll and it's high price.
Australian govt. encourage its citizens to avail solar powered roof mounted energy system not only by providing subsidies when one installs it on his rooftop but also by feeding the excessive energy generated by that household back into their national grid and pays for it. Imagine you consume electricity coming from national grid by paying around 20 cents per kwh but when you sell one kwh worth electricity generated by your own solar kit to national grid, govt. pays you upto 44cents in some states.
So bottom line is we need to stop being judgmental and start thinking creatively by putting our national interest first and not much of I AM RIGHT AND YOU ARE WRONG. Even though this water kit might be available on youtube for sometime in different form and shape, but please encourage people like Agha Waqar who in his mind and knowledge thought that he has done a revolution and that he can help his country with whatever he discovered so he stepped forward and tried it. So Agha Waqar and all those who want to contribute to this nation, please don't get disappointed. Try again if we fail and again until success becomes our destiny.

as is being said…..the value of 100 percent energy stored in 1 Litre of water is Rs 10…..after breakdown in the water kit….only 40 percent is available to run the motor….then that 40 percent is really 100 percent that is available to drive a car….cost of that 40 percent which is in the motor at 100 percent is still rupees 10….
the claim that a car can be driven on that 40 = 100 percent of energy available is entirely feaseable and can not be denied….what is relevant is the end point…that a car is being driven and that 40 percent= 100 percent for drivig the car is very logical……so what if 60 percent of the original stored energy in distilled water gets wasted….balance of the 40 percent is enf to do a job…so why not…..of course the laws of thermodynamics are against the system if it is believed that there will be 100 percent input and 100 percent output…..but if 40 percent out put is sufficient to do the job what is the problem..let there be wastage still is clean waste and cheap…..as compared to 100 rupees a gallon petrol that also gives out the same 40 percent energy after burning to run a car….think about that for a min….
