But we should all realise what they are trying to do here. PML-N is trying to hurt the poor people of Pakistan who are suffering from a dreadful disease like cancer and they have shown no mercy towards them.They are trying to ruin an institute that no other country could produce. This is perhaps the most obvious move that shows us that these people are not loyal to Pakistan and all they care about is styaing in power and making money through corruption.
Every one in Pakistan should react by donating twice as much to Shaulat Khanam these year and and this holy month of Ramadan and this will inshAllah be the biggest slap to PML-N and all anti Pakistan people and politcal parties. He does not have the ability to read the B/S and lay man in Pakistan also does not know these financial documents so he tried to exploit the general public who can not understand the language of a statement of financial position.
Imran is right about the fund and it is a common practice of welfare organizations to invest funds in other ventures to make profit.
Secondly these funds are guaranteed so when you have guaranteed investment then you do not record anticipated losses in B/S.
Thirdly the B/s is audited by a Chartered Accountant firm in Pakistan and C.A firms are not goof like Khawaja Asif to hide this item in balance sheet. It is the requirement of international accounting standards to disclose all anticipated losses and profits in foot notes.
