Without the knowledge of financial statements some one should not comment on this matter.
B/S is audited by Ferguson company which is not run by a Malik Thekedar. It is a reputed company and can not hide anything from public.
Secondly it is a trust money and trust board is authorized to invest it so does not require general public authorization. In any organization only the members or shareholders are authorized to vote or approve any resolution.
Thirdly guaranteed investment is a secure investment so anticipate losses can not be recorded in the B/S. Ferguosn must have reviewed that document before finalization of B/S.
Fourthly if the losses occur in future than you can not record in past dated B/S and if they are secured then they are not operating/investment losses.
Investing money in foreign ventures is not a money laundering. It is a legal money and legal way of investment.
I hope Jahil Khawaja should consult any accountant on this matter.
