A Bold truth is, that many Theoretical Scientists and Ph.D’s are Jahil Ignorant who attach this invention with the "Law of Conservation of Energy" These Ph.D's are like that donkey of Noble Quran that is loaded with Books[Quran 62:5}. Agha’s Water-Kit is the greatest invention of mankind history & that invention has no any relation with the law of conservation of energy & Law of thermodynamics. Soon a time will come when these a few Jahil theoretical Ph.Ds who are insulting Agha Waqar in "TV SHOWS", will be hiding their faces from public. Law of Conservation says that energy neither be produced not destroyed but energy can be transformed from one form to other. In Agha’s Kit invention, neither Energy is being CREATED nor DESTROYED; therefore it in no way violates the Law of conservation of Energy or thermodynamics. It is just transforming chemical energy of water into heat energy and then after burning in engine to Mechanical energy. So simply, nothing is changed except that black Petrol has been replaced by White-Petrol[Water}. Black Petrol carries Hydrogen also and White-Petrol Water carries Hydrogen gas also. So any Ph.D or a so called scientists who says, that this inventions violates Law of conservation of Energy for sure he is telling lies to people. The main objection by some these Theoretical useless Ph.Ds is that car battery is unable to sustain the electrical supply to electrolysis unit of that invented KIT because as per these theorists, Energy produced by electrolysis will be less than the energy being consumed by battery and car will not run. But we all have seen that Car is running. That is itself Proof that what Theorists has assumed is incorrect otherwise car MUST NOT RUN but it runs in practice. This is the most important part of this invention. Now this objection of theoretical Ph.Ds seems correct if old conventional technique of electrolysis is used that need too much electric power to proceed. If water kit is made, will it work forever? How often the consumer will need to change the SECRET things inside the kit?
How expensive are those things inside the kit? Are these SECRET things of kit available in abundance or rare?

1/ This is too early to try to find out the scientific explanations in the light of existed laws.
2/ First thing, that is most important, is to find out whether:
(a) the car is practically running on pure water or not?
(b) any other thing is mixed in water or not?
(c) any other fuel line is hidden or not?
(d) car is running for continuous 8-12 hours on water only or not?
3/ if all above points are correct then we need to find out the reasons or scientific explanations in the second phase but if these are not true then there will be no need to find the law of thermodynamics

If "Alfred Nobel" of Sweden could come out of his grave today, he could has suggested "Noble Prize Committee" that please change name of "Nobel Prize" to "Agha Waqar Prize". Let me explain the process of Water Kit…. Electrolysis process required battery current provided by car battery and hydrgogen produced by electrolysis process which is provided to engine to start. than battery is charged back by battery generator ( alternator) so this is nothing to do with 2nd law of thermodynamics.
FYI information a vehicle will alnd on Mars on 6 August….. millions of kilometers aways from earth…. if we go by law than we can not even by Air from Karachi to islamabad. but Science have no limits. so lets celebrate the Success fo Agha Waqar. Cheersssssssssssssssssss Pakistan is NO. 1

This is the fact that hydrogen from water can be extracted with electrolysis process. and hydrogen is highly combustable gas. rest of the system is same as for CNG. so where is the doubt????? Basically both Engineers implement the idea with some difference as one is producing more hydrogen to run the car 100% and other is running from 30% to 100%.

Please understand that laws are PROVEN mathematically and practically and are not theories. Theories can be proven wrong, not scientific laws. Simply put these laws are created by God and discovered by humans to be existing. They are not created by Humans. In a layman's term the law of conservation of energy means that a frying pan cannot be hotter than the fire burning beneath it. In ideal condition when all energy of fire is transferred to the frying pan it will be as hot as the fire. This is how God has created things. What Waqar is claiming is that if his "discovery" is correct then the frying pan can by hotter than the fire burning beneath it.

I am really surprised to hear Dr. Atta's Interpretation of Law of conservation of energy. Its true in a conservative system energy created can not exceed the energy consumed. But, here energy is coming from water which is being consumed so there is not at all violation of conservation of energy. The hydrolysis process itself consumes energy but its like we need energy to refine crude petroleum but in that process we never claim that energy produced from refined petroleum products can not exceed the amount of energy consumed during refinement. It is because after the refinement chemical energy of gasoline (and in this case that of H) is further consumed to produce the required energy to power up the car. Secondly, Dr Atta said about efficiency of fuel cell…when we say the efficiency can not be 100% we mean the efficiency of conversion of chemical energy of H to electrical energy.
May be the inventor is using any other catalyst for hydrolysis whose cost and effects must be checked. BUT ITS REALLY GIVING A MORE STUPID IMAGE OF PAKISTAN TO SAY THIS IS AGAINST LAW OF CONSERVATION OF ENERGY.

I withdraw my point of view. Actually I missed one thing i-e. combustion of H2 again produces H2O (water) and as Mr. agha claimed he is using distilled water only and no other chemical or catalysts are involved so both the reactant and product is water. Which will consume energy instead of production.

This idea of running car on water is not new for last two decade people are trying the water kit, what Ahgha is using available on internet in America.there are some pitfalls,
1. Hydrogen gas is highly explosive compare with petroleum product. existing car engine are not design to operate on hydrogen, hydrogen gas can back fire and explode the engine.There will be excessive temperature increase in the cylinders and after some time engine will damage.`
2.Law of energy conversation you need more energy to produce energy by breaking water so it will be not economical.
3. To prove some think good you have to run car for thousand of hours to conclude some thing.
4. In this system HHO is produce at constant volume and continuously burning, what will happen if you run car at 100 km/hr,I think than enough fuel may not be produced and car will slow down.

I just made account here after reading a lot of comments, First in science all the novel ideas have extremely been ridiculed by the contemporary high ranked scientists and scholars so nothing new about that, for example, when a scientist first stated that earth is not stationary and is not the center of the universe was not acceptable by the scientific community of that time, second when famous scientist proposed theory of “Plate tectonics” some 200 years ago was extremely ridiculed by leading earth scientists and was not accepted which comes out to be true after 2nd world war, another scientist proposed that oceanic plate subductes under continental plate and proposed a zone in depth known as “subduction zone” his paper was rejected which later proved right. There are many more examples in which whenever there is a novel scientific achievement occurred the good and brilliant scientists of that time ridiculed it and pose cross questions (which is a normal thing in science). If Hydrogen produced through electrolysis of acidulated water can be used as fuel for cars, its calorific value should be known. Also it can easily be determined in the laboratory as to how much power can be produced in the engine cylender by using this hydrogen with the application of the magic water kit. If this power is comparable with that produced by other fuels e. g. petrol, diesel, CNG, then further disscussion may be held on the issue. Besides, we have a lot of experts in the field of organic and inorganic chemistry who can without any imbiguity confirm whether Mr. Agha's claim is worth further discussion or not.

– Acceptable
– Reason: To separate Hydrogen and Oxygen from water and use it as a fuel is a very old process (Electrolysis process) and people know it for centuries.
2- Mr. Agha claims that for that electrolysis process he takes energy from car battery
– Acceptable
3- Mr. Agha claims that he is recharging that car battery from the energy he is creating from that electrolysis process of water.

My comment has three parts.
1. We should adapt to appreciate the efforts put in by anybody to invent or develop some thing new. The idea may be impractical but should not be discouraged.
2. Electrolysis is decades old theory. One can find docs as old as 1800. I agree with Dr. Atta, the idea presented by the young engineer is against the scientific laws that is why it never got acceptance.
3. Hamid being pioneer in bringing the engineer in light should stick to it till its logical end. Let the nation watch the car driven by water only on commercial scale. or at least we would like to see the universities reports. Singapore company's doesn't offer huge money on mere message. It would have been much better if the idea was brought to light after duly supplemented by scientific support. unfortunately, our Media is proven to be highly irresponsible.

I am also an engineer though not in physics or chem but in electronics and have some knowledge about these things.
My first comment about the program is that it is not complete program at least i can´t drive any thing if the inventor is a fraud or hero.
At first there we 4 participant let me start from director in my opinion he was just a government servant who was telling what we can offer and what we have advise and things like that nothing concrete statement from him like tech statement.

Dr Qadeer played a small but very very important part i.e enrichment of weapon grade Uranium. Even it's theory can be seen in text books.

Suggestion of Dr Ata is good but I feel sorry for him when he without ptouf blamed Mr Aaga. Althhough Dr Ata did well during his period but he is a scientist not an engender.

But my friend the basis of your argument is false, as you believed Agha's 'invention' to be true.
But I have lived almost all my life around engineers, I have talked to my Mechanical Engineer friends and with the basic knowledge of physics at my disposal I can guarantee you that the guy is a fraud.
If you want I can explain you how he is lying.
But in simple words, when we convert Energy from one form to another, some of it is lost. Like in engine run by petrol the efficiency (energy conversion to work which moves the car) is around 30%.
Agha is claiming that his Hydrogen(water) run car has 100% efficiency. Which is against the fundamental laws of thermodynamics. You can say that laws can change new discoveries can be brought to light,but these laws has been around for centuries, never been disapproved, by people who have spent a life time studying physics. It is A-levels/ F.Sc Chemistry and Physics; electrolysis of water and Law of Conservation of Energy. He does not know the underlying scientific principles, that is why he is arguing. His process is cyclic. Uses battery for electrolysis, electrolysis produces Hydrogen, engine runs on Hydrogen which charges the battery again. He starts with using energy from the battery and end up recharging it again. It is impossible in a real physical system to have energies changed from one form to another and not loss some to environment (heat, sound, friction etc). So the battery will eventually be discharged completely (in few days, he has never tested it for this long) and he will have to charge it from an external source. The cost will be more than using petrol/diesel.
Here is an analogue in mechanics, it is called Perpetual Motion; the machine stops eventually. Westerners tried it two three hundred years ago and learned that it was impossible.

I dont wanna talk about the inventor but I am a bit disappointed with the discussion of our doctors there. Firstly, i wonder why none of the drs. who were at demonstration ever thought about the fundamental principles of physics, probably coz they were engineers and dont know much about physics. Dr. Atta's arguments were a bit flawed as well. He was very aggressive at the start but then backed of when the inventor became aggressive. He should have stood his ground coz he is right. However, instead of questioning the running of car by the electrolysis of water (which is scientifically possible) he should have argued about the inefficiency of this machine.

I find Dr, Sahib's comments and demeanor extremely arrogant, I agree that these claims be further investigated, however, Dr. Atta ur Rehman attitude was extremely disgusting and would like Dr. Sahib to step forward and count his contribution to the society. This guy has been showing his work since last 6 months and almost 1 month in Islamabad and on "26 July 2012" he demonstrated driving car with his water kit in front of renowned scientists, industrialists and teams of famous automobile industry, and they investigated his invention, cross questioned him and than media researched his invention thoroughly and than on 30 July 2012 he became under national media coverage which is after 4 days of his demonstration.
Everything is possible in this world, therefore we should appreciate some one's work with positive attitude. Those who criticise negatively and laugh they should read below;

Dr. Atta-ur-Rehman himself spent billions of dollars on higher education but never paid attention on elementary education. What good are billions of dollars investment on higher education when tens of millions of children never complete there middle school.
Its possible this research fails to pass the viability test, but calling him fraud and non sense without making thorough examination to his demonstration is not professionally acceptable comment.

It is of course possible to run a car with a water kit by breaking hydrogen oxygen bond by electrolysis. The only thing is you would need e.g. 5 liters of fuel to charge the battery that will do the electrolysis of water to save 2 liters of fuel by running the car with it.
Dr. Qadir is wrong in comparing this criticism with the criticism faced by the proposal of getting energy from nucleus. Obtaining energy from a nuclear reactor does not violate any principles of physics. The objection of the scientists back then might be about the difficulty of its execution, the claim by this guy of achieving perpetual motion clearly violate the laws of physics, so dr. Atta is absolutely right in his argument.
