I have to agree with Faisal Raza Abidi, his arguments are valid and true.
Iftikhar Choudhry is a PCO Judge; if he stays then every other PCO Judges stays.
Iftikhar Choudhry does talks like a leader of opposition party. He forgets he is a Chief Justice and he is to uphold the law in an impartial and unbiased manner.
As a Judge he must not have any liaison with Political leaders. He is to avoid making any public comments about any Political Party or a matter already in court.
People must be in comatose who believe Iftikhar Choudhry had no knowledge of his son driving BMW’s and Land Rovers, taking tours of London, Paris and Monte Carlo and leading a luxury life style while he lived in his house..
I think he is now exposed and it is time for him to go, Justice Bhagwan Das may be best choice to replace Chief Justice Iftikhar Choudhry.
