Most expected, Arslan son of Chief Justice will be fully proteceted and his case will either be thrown out or it will be buried under tons of files.
Being ignorant he is refusing to appear in front of NAB for questoning, and I do not see any warrent being issued.
Bottom line is the supreme Court Judges who are loyal to Iftikhar Choudhry will find any and every loop hole to equit Arslan. At the same time Riaz Malik will be harrassed and penalized for challenging Iftikhar Choudhry and his family.

Court is positive and giving them time to make corrections in right direction. It is the normal procedure of a court to give maximum time to a criminal for clarification before judgement so that he can not say that I did not get ample time to defend my position.
Just like Gillani case court gave him enough time but he was stubborn and finally he got a good punishment.
August 8th is the final date and court will deliver the order on that day as 14th of August is the deadline to write a letter to Swiss courts. Before taking a tough action court is giving them all options to obey and respect the orders.
