In Bangladesh, India and Nigeria, 59% of students were considered as likely to be bogus. When these proportions were applied to the number of applicants from each country in the pilot, it emerged that the total came to 63,000 potentially bogus students in just one year. ”

May be you Pakistani should get your fair share in Aligarh Muslim University, Osmania University and Jamia Millia Islamia (Dehi) through your right headed government. In my few any new agreement with Indian government should have 33% reservation for Pakistani inteligent Boys/Girls in these uinversities . These three operates in line with Islamic teaching, at the same time they impart world class education. I think MFN nation documents should have these clause too. So, atleast India can help educate some real intellectuals for Pakistan. They should have reservation in all three Universities anyways, because they are pre partition universities. I know that admission are given to deserving students only, and government have to make sure that wrong individual/ Evil terrorists poltter are kept at bay – which is challenging but government can do that. And if these Universities can allow – Saudi, Iranian, Turkish, Lebanese, Malaysian, Egyptians, Bangladeshi, family members of Royal House of brunei etc.- then why no Pakistan. Sad to see pakistan being left behind, where common people have to rely only on information provided by so called fake scolars. very very sad!
