JAGEERDARI/WADAIRA SHAHI:
It was the major issue in earlier days but now it is in few areas in southern punjab, some parts of sind/baluchistan. These jageerdars and wadairas have nothing to do with the politics but they are there for their Tehka and for securing their interests against the rivals. However, they play a role for Establishment and change the sentiment on the will of Establishment. This jageerdari/wadaira shahi system is now dying because most people have shifted/migrated to other places. Therefore we can see its death in near future.

These big families do not have a single ideology and do not mind any kind of instructions from any superior corner whether its Establishment or whatever, because it doesnt make any difference for them. Nowadays electronic media is very powerful and its role in the politics is not only important but also decisive. Print media has been playing as usual. The powerful are using both of these, where the whole channel, newspaper is advocating different
political parties, politicians and persons. Individual journalists/anchors are also involved in bribery/scandals. A recent case against the very popular anchor M.L is a clear example. A few other journalists are also on payroll of different countries.
8. EXTERNAL FACTORS
In pakistan external factor is playing a very strong role. Once Pakistan was a role model for different countries. With incapable leadership it lost it financial strength and credibility. Internally injustice, in-equality etc has been the order of the day. All this paved the way for external factors to destablize Pakistan.

میرا دل چاہا رہا ہے کہ آج “تھوتھے چنے” سے احوال پُرسی کرنا چاہیے کیونکہ تقاضائے آئین و دستور جو بھی ہوں، وہ اپنی ذاتی ترجیحات پر مُرکیاں لگاتے اور تانیں اُٹھاتے ہوئے گھنا بجتا ہے۔ آج الیکشن کا نتیجہ دیکھ کرشائد اس کی آنکھیں توضرور مچک رہی ہوں گی۔ کیا ہم امید کر سکتے ہیں کہ آج کےعوامی جھٹکے سےاُس تاریک چشم کی آنکھوں پر چھا ئی ہوئی چربی اُتری ہو گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کیا جبین پر عرقِ ندامت کے چند قطرے نمودار ہوئے ہوں گے؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیااس وقت گھر کے کونے میں چھپ کر اشک فشانی ہورہی ہو گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کیااب آشفتہ سری کے ساتھ آشفتہ بیانی مسدود ہو جائےگی اور آشوب اُٹھنا رک جائیں گے؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اڑپنج نکالنے کا شغل ضمیر جاگنے کی وجہ سے تھم جائے گا؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ افترا پردازی، اکاذیب اور انارکی کی دکان پر لُوٹ سَیل بند جائے گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیا بلبل ہزار داستان روِش بھی رک جائے گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیایہ بنئے کے دکان بند ہو گی جہاں ترازو باٹ سُو جھتا ہی نہیں؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیاآئین کی موشگافیوں اور بوقلمونی تشریحات سے پاکستانی عوام کو بے وقوف بنانے کا گھناؤنا دھندہ رک جائے گا؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
مگر امکان غالب یہی ہے کہ “تھوتھے چنے” کا دائمی آسن بالکل نہیں اُکھڑا ہو گا۔ وہ ہلہ شیری گروپ یعنی”پٹیشن بی”، “نامی” اور “بے نامی” اہلِ شر کی باہمی تجویزیں وصول کر رہا ہو گا۔ وہ آج بھی ہمیشہ کی طرح آنکھوں پر ٹھیکری رکھ کر بیٹھا ہو گا۔ ابھی بھی اُس پر اپنے دماغی ابرِغلیظ کو پورے پاکستان پر پھیلانے کی دُھن سوارہو گی۔ کیونکہ عوام تو سدا اس جیسی “الٹی کھوپڑی اندھا گیان”والی ہستیوں کے لیے آئینہ داری کے ذریعے ان کی آنکھوں کی فصدیں کھولتی آئی ہے۔ مگر ان کی بھی نِت یہی ضِد اور کوشش رہی ہے کہ”آنکھ نہ ناک بنو چاند سی”۔
آخر میں ہم جان کی امان طلب کر تے ہوئےعرض کریں گے کہ حضور آکھلاپن چھوڑیئے۔ اپنی طبیعت پہ کنٹرول کیئجے کیونکہ آپ کےپاس آئین پر میناکاری، گوٹا کناری اور تارے ٹانکنے کا وقت ختم ہو چکا۔ اب بیتُ الحُزن میں تارے گننے کا وقت شروع ہونے والا ہے۔معلوم نہیں کہ وارڈروب میں لٹکے ہوئے کینالی اور بِیرونی برائنڈڈ سوٹ آپ پہن سکیں گےیا نہیں۔ مگر اس ساعت آپ کا آفتاب برسردیوار ہے- اس ضمنی الیکشن کو پیش خیمہ سمجھئَے کیونکہ جنرل الیکشنر بھی آپ کے لیے کوئی اچھی خبر نہیں لائیں گے- اور تِشنگی آرزو سمیت آپ کے اَنت کا سَمے آ پہنچا ہے ۔

if PPP were that powerful in multan then should have swept the election and won by a great margin. As the other candidate was independent he offically had no big guns backing e.g. a powerful party. As we are well aware the big parties are able to buy votes. It has been reported that Gillani and his workers provided transport for voters and also spent money on voters so its no sur;prise that they won.
I still have great deal of faith in people of pakistan and when it really matters and when the general election are held PPP will be kicked out. When the people of Multan have a choice of PPP, PTI, PML-N, etc then the votes will be more ditributed and less will go to PPP.

I am sure we will soon see the revolutionary PTI joining hands with PML-N. There is no otherway they (Pakistan army) will let the election take place. Five years of constant, uninterrupted, unilateral media trial of PPP plus its governance failures fail to shake its mass support to the extent that candidate enjoying support of Punjab government, all right wing, militant sectarian organizations, and also Election Commission of Pakistan, which by banning cadidate sponsered transport tried to inflict the fatal blow to PPP whose base lies in rural areas and in poor people, failed to win.
This makes the establishment very uncomfortable. They will now try to repeat the 1977 scenerio. Pan right alliance and then a movement against alleged election rigging (under evil Zardari), today Rana Sanaullah of PMLN-ASWJ already started laying the ground work by saying “huge responsibility lies on Justice Fakhruddin G. Ibhahim, only “words” are not enough for “fair” elections”, no one should think that “we will accept “any results” given to us”. It is interesting to note that Justice Ibrahim is PML-N’s nomination not PPP’s.

Though I dont like PPP and have never even voted it , I agree with you that Army is the real villain and Cancer in Pakistan , and it will take a long time and will definitely be very late when the extremist , ignorant , people ( who support the religious parties ) will realize this fact . The number 1 factor which has damaged and halted Pakistan's progress and prosperity is Pakistan Army . I have reached this conclusion after a long and years of observation and watching thousands of events , news , talk shows , comparison with other countries , Muslim world , international community and much more . To give some examples, it is army's interference and control over foreign policies which costed us Bangladesh, loss of Kashmir , Siachin, Kargil War , Loss of control over tribal areas, Afghanistan , economy , international respect , and may be Baluchistan . Because of the corruption in the country I wont vote PPP , but I still have no choice other than to agree with you .

Just see around you who are the people who get ratings.. people like faisal raza abidi sheikh rasheed, zaid hamid and others. JAGEERDARI/WADAIRA SHAHI:
It was the major issue in earlier days but now it is in few areas in southern punjab, some parts of sind/baluchistan. These jageerdars and wadairas have nothing to do with the politics but they are there for their Tehka and for securing their interests against the rivals. However, they play a role for Establishment and change the sentiment on the will of Establishment. This jageerdari/wadaira shahi system is now dying because most people have shifted/migrated to other places. Therefore we can see its death in near future.

If one is in peoples party, other one is in Muslim league, third one has chosen PTI, and another one has chosen some other. So they are all time in Government whether its democracy or dictatorship. They have made themselves safe all around. These big families do not have a single ideology and do not mind any kind of instructions from any superior corner whether its Establishment or whatever, because it doesnt make any difference for them. Nowadays electronic media is very powerful and its role in the politics is not only important but also decisive. Print media has been playing as usual. The powerful are using both of these, where the whole channel, newspaper is advocating different
political parties, politicians and persons. Individual journalists/anchors are also involved in bribery/scandals. A recent case against the very popular anchor M.L is a clear example. A few other journalists are also on payroll of different countries.
8. EXTERNAL FACTORS
In pakistan external factor is playing a very strong role. Once Pakistan was a role model for different countries. With incapable leadership it lost it financial strength and credibility. Internally injustice, in-equality etc has been the order of the day. All this paved the way for external factors to destablize Pakistan.

ابھی ابھی خبر آئی ہے کہ سابق وزیراعظم سیّد یوسف رضا گیلانی کی چھوڑی ہو ئی سِیٹ پر اُن کےبیٹے سید عبدالقادر گیلانی پاکستان پیپلز پارٹی کی ٹکٹ پر الیکشن جیت گئے ہیں۔ دراصل اس حلقے میں بھٹو اور اینٹی بھٹو فریقین کا بھرپورمقابلہ تھا۔ یعنی عبدالقادر گیلانی کے مقابلے میں منافقت کی چلمن کی اوڑھ میں ساری سیاسی جماعتوں مثلا مُسلم لیگ (ن)، پاکستان تحریک انصاف، جماعت اسلامی وغیرہ اور اُچکی قوتوں کا آزاد امیدوار شوکت حیات بوسن (سابق وفاقی وزیر اور تحریک انصاف کے رہنما سکندر حیات بوسن کے چھوٹے بھائی) کے حق میں کھلم کھلا گٹھ جوڑ تھا۔ کیونکہ ملتان شہر میں جگہ جگہ شوکت حیات بوسن کے حق میں عمران خان، نواز شریف، سیّد منور حسن کی جھنڈیاں، بینرز، پوسٹرز اور ہورڈنگ بورڈز آویزاں ہیں اور تو اور دو بار پی۔سی۔ او کا عظیم معرکہ “غیرت مند” جگرے کے ساتھ سر کرنے والے افتخار چودھری کی تصویریں بھی ایک کثیر تعداد میں آویزاں ہیں- قائم مقام الیکشن کمشنر پی۔سی۔ او یافتہ سپریم کورٹ کے ایک حاضر سروس جج شاکر اللہ جان الیکشن کو یقینی طور پر “منصفانہ” بنانے کے لیے “مفیدِ مطلب” نئے انتخابی ضابطۂ اخلاق کے نفاذ کے ساتھ ساتھ بذات خود ملتان تشریف لائےتھے۔ تا کہ کسی بھی “غلطی” کا احتمال نہ رہے۔ یہ ذکر کرنا بے محل نہ ہو گا کہ میاں شاکر اللہ جان چیف الیکشن کمشنر کی پوسٹ کے لیےمسلم لیگ (ن) کی پہلی چوائس تھے اور” آزاد عدلیہ” کے دل کے بھی چین اور آنکھوں کی ٹھنڈک ہیں کیونکہ ان کی تشریف آوری کے بعد عدالتِ عظمیٰ نے الیکشن کمیشن کو تند خوئی کے ساتھ تگنی کا ناچ نچانا فوری طور پر بند کردیاتھا۔
آج ایک بار پھر حلقہ این۔اے 151 میں عوام نے طاغوتی و فرعونی طاقتوں کے مکروہ چہرے پر زناٹے دار تھپڑ رسید کیا ہے۔ جس کی آواز پورے پاکستان میں گونج رہی ہے۔ ہم کہ سکتے ہے کہ عبدالقادر گیلانی کا نئے دور کی پُرفن ، پاکھنڈی، پُرفریب اور جدید ٹیکنالوجی سے لیس “آئی۔جے۔آئی” کو ہرانا کوئی معجزے سے کم نہیں۔
یوسف رضا گیلانی عوام کی عدالت میں سرخرو ٹھہرے۔ مگر عوامی شعور کی تذلیل کرنے اور ان کو گھر بھیجنے والی طاقتوں کی بُرمُوہی خود غرضیوں کو عوام نے ایک بار پھر ردّی کی ٹوکری میں اُچھال دیا ہے اور ان جمہوریت دشمنوں کا تاریخ میں بھی وہی حشر ہو گا جو ہمیشہ سے ان کے پیشرَوؤں کے ساتھ ہوتا آ رہا ہے۔
میرا دل چاہا رہا ہے کہ آج “تھوتھے چنے” سے احوال پُرسی کرنا چاہیے کیونکہ تقاضائے آئین و دستور جو بھی ہوں، وہ اپنی ذاتی ترجیحات پر مُرکیاں لگاتے اور تانیں اُٹھاتے ہوئے گھنا بجتا ہے۔ آج الیکشن کا نتیجہ دیکھ کرشائد اس کی آنکھیں توضرور مچک رہی ہوں گی۔ کیا ہم امید کر سکتے ہیں کہ آج کےعوامی جھٹکے سےاُس تاریک چشم کی آنکھوں پر چھا ئی ہوئی چربی اُتری ہو گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کیا جبین پر عرقِ ندامت کے چند قطرے نمودار ہوئے ہوں گے؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیااس وقت گھر کے کونے میں چھپ کر اشک فشانی ہورہی ہو گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ کیااب آشفتہ سری کے ساتھ آشفتہ بیانی مسدود ہو جائےگی اور آشوب اُٹھنا رک جائیں گے؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ اڑپنج نکالنے کا شغل ضمیر جاگنے کی وجہ سے تھم جائے گا؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ افترا پردازی، اکاذیب اور انارکی کی دکان پر لُوٹ سَیل بند جائے گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیا بلبل ہزار داستان روِش بھی رک جائے گی؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیایہ بنئے کے دکان بند ہو گی جہاں ترازو باٹ سُو جھتا ہی نہیں؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔کیاآئین کی موشگافیوں اور بوقلمونی تشریحات سے پاکستانی عوام کو بے وقوف بنانے کا گھناؤنا دھندہ رک جائے گا؟۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
مگر امکان غالب یہی ہے کہ “تھوتھے چنے” کا دائمی آسن بالکل نہیں اُکھڑا ہو گا۔ وہ ہلہ شیری گروپ یعنی”پٹیشن بی”، “نامی” اور “بے نامی” اہلِ شر کی باہمی تجویزیں وصول کر رہا ہو گا۔ وہ آج بھی ہمیشہ کی طرح آنکھوں پر ٹھیکری رکھ کر بیٹھا ہو گا۔ ابھی بھی اُس پر اپنے دماغی ابرِغلیظ کو پورے پاکستان پر پھیلانے کی دُھن سوارہو گی۔ کیونکہ عوام تو سدا اس جیسی “الٹی کھوپڑی اندھا گیان”والی ہستیوں کے لیے آئینہ داری کے ذریعے ان کی آنکھوں کی فصدیں کھولتی آئی ہے۔ مگر ان کی بھی نِت یہی ضِد اور کوشش رہی ہے کہ”آنکھ نہ ناک بنو چاند سی”۔
آخر میں ہم جان کی امان طلب کر تے ہوئےعرض کریں گے کہ حضور آکھلاپن چھوڑیئے۔ اپنی طبیعت پہ کنٹرول کیئجے کیونکہ آپ کےپاس آئین پر میناکاری، گوٹا کناری اور تارے ٹانکنے کا وقت ختم ہو چکا۔ اب بیتُ الحُزن میں تارے گننے کا وقت شروع ہونے والا ہے۔معلوم نہیں کہ وارڈروب میں لٹکے ہوئے کینالی اور بِیرونی برائنڈڈ سوٹ آپ پہن سکیں گےیا نہیں۔ مگر اس ساعت آپ کا آفتاب برسردیوار ہے- اس ضمنی الیکشن کو پیش خیمہ سمجھئَے کیونکہ جنرل الیکشنر بھی آپ کے لیے کوئی اچھی خبر نہیں لائیں گے- اور تِشنگی آرزو سمیت آپ کے اَنت کا سَمے آ پہنچا ہے ۔

if PPP were that powerful in multan then should have swept the election and won by a great margin. As the other candidate was independent he offically had no big guns backing e.g. a powerful party. As we are well aware the big parties are able to buy votes. It has been reported that Gillani and his workers provided transport for voters and also spent money on voters so its no sur;prise that they won.
I still have great deal of faith in people of pakistan and when it really matters and when the general election are held PPP will be kicked out. When the people of Multan have a choice of PPP, PTI, PML-N, etc then the votes will be more ditributed and less will go to PPP.

Independent candidate Shaukat Hayat Bosan, who was supported by all right wing parties including PML-N, PTI, Jamaat-e-Islami, Sipah-e-Sahaba etc lost the elections with 60,532 votes, according to unofficial results.
This is a big set back, not only to Nawaz Sharif-led PML-N and Imran Khan-led PTI but to the almighty military establishment in the grand scheme of things.
Despite every effort of Shahbaz Sharif and Punjab Police, Abdul Qadir Gilani defeated the candidate supported by every political paty of right wing, media, army and judiciary. That’s the power of PPP. It can take on all thugs together and defeat them!

Wounded by the loss of bye-election in Multan (NA-151), it won’t be wrong to assumed that Pakistan’s military establishment is now looking forward to reincarnate the anti-PPP alliance PNA of 1977 or IJI of 1990s!
I am sure we will soon see the revolutionary PTI joining hands with PML-N. There is no otherway they (Pakistan army) will let the election take place. Five years of constant, uninterrupted, unilateral media trial of PPP plus its governance failures fail to shake its mass support to the extent that candidate enjoying support of Punjab government, all right wing, militant sectarian organizations, and also Election Commission of Pakistan, which by banning cadidate sponsered transport tried to inflict the fatal blow to PPP whose base lies in rural areas and in poor people, failed to win.
This makes the establishment very uncomfortable. They will now try to repeat the 1977 scenerio. Pan right alliance and then a movement against alleged election rigging (under evil Zardari), today Rana Sanaullah of PMLN-ASWJ already started laying the ground work by saying “huge responsibility lies on Justice Fakhruddin G. Ibhahim, only “words” are not enough for “fair” elections”, no one should think that “we will accept “any results” given to us”. It is interesting to note that Justice Ibrahim is PML-N’s nomination not PPP’s.

Though I dont like PPP and have never even voted it , I agree with you that Army is the real villain and Cancer in Pakistan , and it will take a long time and will definitely be very late when the extremist , ignorant , people ( who support the religious parties ) will realize this fact . The number 1 factor which has damaged and halted Pakistan's progress and prosperity is Pakistan Army . I have reached this conclusion after a long and years of observation and watching thousands of events , news , talk shows , comparison with other countries , Muslim world , international community and much more . To give some examples, it is army's interference and control over foreign policies which costed us Bangladesh, loss of Kashmir , Siachin, Kargil War , Loss of control over tribal areas, Afghanistan , economy , international respect , and may be Baluchistan . Because of the corruption in the country I wont vote PPP , but I still have no choice other than to agree with you .

Brother although i am a fan of hassan nisar but yes you are right to an extent. However i think he does it so that he gets noticed. Just see around you who are the people who get ratings.. people like faisal raza abidi sheikh rasheed, zaid hamid and others. This shows that people have to be different in a way or two. i think he does this to be noticed because if he isnt noticed than no one will listen to him. Try reading his columns they are better.
