I was wondering if any douche bag anchor or TV show host went to Mukhtaran Mai's home to express solidarity with her; Pakistanis are hypocrite by nature. No body raises any voice against corruption in govt. departments, manufacturing of fake medicines, killing of innocent people in Karachi and other parts of the country, or express support for the rape victims. Islam only comes under attack when it involves invading peoples personal lives. Why would women indulge in prostitution if they had other means to support themselves or their families? Nobody likes to sell their body let alone have sex with such dirty douche bags. Has anyone ever seen things from these poor womens perspective?
Lets be realisitic and honest with each other. Pakistan suffers from terminal dieseases and this problem is miniscule as compared to other grave problems facing the country.
Shame on this bully host for harrassing these poor women! I am not justifying what they women do; but we should also look at the circumstances which prompt women to adopt this ignoble profession.
