Jahalat is a very relative term. I have seen PhDs and Post doctorates who can be considered jahil by many. Allah has given all humans the power of conscience. Everyone knows the difference between right and wrong. To say that illiteracy is the cause of bad governance is just fallacy. Illiteracy is not the cause, rather it is a symptom of a disease in the Muslim umma. The disease of putting their religion, their obligations towards their fellow brothers & sisters, and most importantly their obligations towards Allah, secondary to the materialism of this world.
The cause of Pakistan's demise and where it stands today is because people of Pakistan have forgotten what this country was made for. They have forgotten that the only reason for the existence of Pakistan was to implement the rule of Allah. They have forgotten that Pakistan was meant to be a beacon of hope for other Muslims and a true Islamic welfare state. Unfortunately we have failed miserably to achieve any of these goals… and I fear that if we do no remember the purpose of our existence, then our existence will be no more…

Raja pervez ashraf failed in his county area to provide basic health.basic sanitation.basic education up to cheap university that was costing not much..public huge video evidence shows and prove that mr Asif ali zardari used him against the corruption cases..Raja is famous person for corruption thst his supporters allow him to extend more in fewmonths..
