I would advise all these so called political, economic and military strategists, to at least read an article titled "A Proper Pivot Towards Asia" July 14, 2012 in the Washington Post. The US presence in the Pacific has been increased to 60%, up fro 50%, marines are being stationed in Darwin, Australia, and all bases in the far east, including those in the Phillipines and Vietnam Nam which are being populated again, we already have NATO in Afghanistan, and the so called soft underbelly of the former USSR. That lends a lot of credence to what Mr. Hamid is professing, things may not be as bad as he implies, but we as Pakistanis, have to cater for the worst contingency, and hope for the best.
What soever Mr Hamid is professing, he is neither a scholar nor a defence analyst nor a researcher and neither a prophet. It is not surprizing that in Pakistan where there is vacum of leadership such a Schizophrenic person Zahid Hamid has some support from emotional youth and this is sad phenomena but this is not strange or new thing afterall ATAF HUSSAIN also has lot of support from Karachi. the time is chaging there is hope that youth will get rid of such a harmfull people.

Fact is that in 2008 elections. Noora got only 86 lakh votes and the world's most corrupted party got about 1 crore votes. Of which 45% votes were jaali votes…so in order to rule a country, zoardaari got 50 lakh votes to rule a nation of 18 cores…wowwwww. اور پیچھے رہ جاینگے تو صرف غریب عوام امریکن اور انڈین کی دہشت گردی میں مارے جانے کے لئے
اب وقت آگیا ہے کے عوام خود اپنے دماغ سے کام لیں اور اپنے ملک کو بچانے کے لئے عدلیہ اور افواج

عوام بھی خوش حال ہو الله ہم پر اور ہمارے ملک پر رحم فرماے اور ان ظالم چور ڈاکو اور بے ایمان لوگوں
