Zardari is 10th richest (as in that list Sonia Ghandi is not a head of state and Hosni Mubark is no longer there, and PM of Italy is not longer a head of state). He may very well be 9th and not 10th.. and one of the others listed may no longer be a head of a state.

According to the preamble of constitution of Pakistan —
"Wherein the State shall exercise its powers and authority through the chosen representatives of the people;
The learned CJ should know chosen representatives, good or bad, sits in parliament and not in Supreme court, so he is abundantly mistaken and carried away by lawyers movement and thinks himself as representative of the will of the people but he is not chosen through ballot like Bhutto the creator of this constitution.
Our constitution is young in age but comprehensive in application, comprising about well written 300 pages and 280 articles, where all aspects are covered comprehensively. It is established principle of constitutional law and international jurisprudence that the judiciary can interpret only that provision where there is ambiguity and more than one interpretation is possible, still they have to find out the intention of law makers hence the parliament is supreme in our system.
corrupt nad bad parliamentarian should be privented to enter into parliament by independent election commission.unfortunately in pakistan election commissioner is appointed by bad and corrupt president of pakistan.untill and unless election commission is free and indipendent this type of choor and corrupt will rule and destroy this country.
