I think it will be appropriate for Zardari to announce an elections date to calm things down, also PPP can prove their claim of winning next elections ????.
C/J Iftikhar Choudhry should stop his contempt of court drama and let the election take place in normal manner. If he wants to hang Zardari then he should wait until Zardari is not President any more.
Iftikhar Choudhry appears to have an itch for power and authority, he wants to use constitution to his pleasure and he forces everyone to abide by his description of the constitution.
Iftikhare Choudhry wants Parliament to pass a bill only to his wishes and also he claims that Supreme Court is not accountable to anyone, he even refused to be audited for the public money Supreme Court spends.
He looks so ludicrous and undemocratic when he says that Supreme Court represents people and not the Parliament. I thought he stands for Democratic System ?.
The court must opt other remaining options like making a commission to implement order. This corrupt Government is a mafia and they have given undertakings to the king of mafia to obey him instead of rule of law.
Sacking of P.M was one option which court has used so it is time to use an independent commission to implement the order and bring back public money.
Justice will prevail and corruption will defeat.

This Ansar Abbasi admitted other day on TV that S/C admits availability of immunity to president but he did not claim it.
1. It means immunity clause is overlooked, as the supreme court never issued any notice to President during hearing of NRO and no one was knowing what order is going to be passed than how it can be claimed.
Let us take most recent and a parallel case of French president Sarkozi his residence was raided by French police on 4th July 2012 one month after the end of his Presidential terms on the charge that he received unlawful donations of multi millions from the richest lady of France during his last election campaign. His immunity was neither challenged during 5 years and no one asked him to claim it since it was understood. Although the charge of stealing election and the will of the people like Nawaz Sharif in Mehran Gate, which is in cold storage was much more serious than kick backs.
The whole mess is created by (J) Ramday a known Noon league and biased judge. His statement is on record that law is like a wax and you can mould its nose the way you want, that is why Iftekhar Ch wants to keep him, on extension after extension.
The money laundering is patently western concept which is a criminal offence but there is no mention of it in Pakistani law books/syllabus at all. It was an alien subject for our courts. Mr, Ramday being author of NRO judgement was not aware of it. He ordered writing of letter to Swiss court to revive Pakistan claim on money, as civil party considering it civil proceedings not protected under immunity.
Later on the court realised about their mistake since money laundering was criminal offence/proceedings and was protected under immunity clause, 248 (2) debarring court to reopen any case (swiss case). So practically it was impossible for the court to admit their mistake and reverse their judgement at belated stage.
To cover up their gross mistake the court pressurised Gillani too much to resign at his own accord but he refused and they have to pass a controversial black order of his dismissal. No such order exist in the history of jurisprudence world over where a PM is dismissed on contempt in 30 seconds.
PP has valid/solid ground of immunity under Art 248 and have stuck to its guns and no one is willing to withdraw including media as their tuck shop is doing good business.
